Everything was perfect and fast
Everything was perfect and fast as fish, they were professional and the website was easy to use, received my shipment early which is a plus.
Prompt but incompetent customer service
So, fun fact: FiF only publishes 4-star and 5-star reviews on its site. I gave them a fair review based on my experience, but it was never published. That's convenient, rather conniving, and the mark of an untrustworthy service provider.
First, the one and only plus, they have very responsive customer service. The problem is that in their attempt to be agile and respond with alacrity, they end up being incompetent and this can cost customers a lot of money. This happened to me. They removed Tylenol from my shipping package citing that Aramex does not ship liquids or meds. Both of these points are untrue. I ended up shipping the package through FedEx which was significantly more expensive. Additionally, I ended up paying extra to ship the meds to Aramex, which, of course, promptly shipped them to me. This was all done at the last minute.
This incompetence cost me over 200 dollars including all the extra service and custom fees. Raising the issue put them on the defensive so I gave up.
It's unlikely I will use them again.
I've order a plastic spigot
I've order a plastic spigot, the seller on Amazon descripted it as bottling or transferring beverages however, Amazon is labeled it as brewing item.
Fisisfast refused to to ship my item because it's labeled as brewing tool and I've spent two hours trying to explain to them but they refused and told me "We know it's used for brewing so we can't ship it"
When i've asked them about shipping perishable food, they said, no we can't ship perishable food so I checked their page on Facebook and found a post recently posted about a customer ordering chocolate bar, when I provided them with the picture just to show them they're lying to me, the only response I got is: We won't waste your time any more, if you need help, just contact us again"
Infuriating
Lost my first (and last) package, claim UPS lost it (UPS never even received it) and say because I didn't pay for tracking, it's my fault. Total scam.

Terrible service
Terrible service, they refused to ship my items which is a camera accessory by DJI because they think it’s a drone, although they opened the package but apparently they don’t have they mental capacity to understand as they only saw the logo on the package. When i asked them which part of their terms and conditions prohibiting camera accessories, they refused to answer me. When I asked to return the item to amazon they refused, and demanded to be shipped to an address and requested $50 dollar for shipping which is completely stealing while holding your stuff hostage. I paid and shipped it to other more reputable forwarder called forward2me and they shipped it to me immediately

Good and reliable service, excellent secured packaging, easy process, full shipments updates until it gets delivered, good selection of shipping companies with good prices. The customer support is helpful and respond quickly. Excellent experience overall.
Worst costumer support I've ever…
Worst costumer support I've ever encountered, they have no experience on how to deal with costumers, always changing the way they do things and the one who pays for that is the costumer.
THE WORST freight forwarder in North America
This company is borderline fraud. I've been dealing with them for years. They have THE WORST customer service in the history of customer service. Inconsistent application of rules. A month ago they shipped an Arlo camera for me, no problems. Based on that experience I ordered another one and they delayed packing my shipment for over 24 hours and eventually said it is spying equipment and can not be shipped! They do this nonsense ALL THE FREAKING TIME! One time they shipped ice packs for me, the next oh no we can't ship that it has liquid in it! And god forbid there's a problem with your order, be prepared to deal with the most useless and infuriating customer service reps ever! And the way they pack your stuff, they literally just dump everything in a box without an ounce of thought or common sense. I've had premium nonstick pans arrive dented and scratched because they didn't have the foresight not to remove its protective packing!
If you're gonna use them, please know you're dealing with a sketchy company and that you have ZERO recourse to remedy any problems you may encounter. After 7 years of patronage, I'm done with them. Done.

Disastrous Experience with Lack of Resolution
In February 2024, I bought a Sony FX3 camera from the B&H Photo Video website and sent it to a redirector called Fishisfast. After B&H's confirmation that the delivery was made to the address indicated, Fishisfast reported that the goods had not been received at its warehouse. I was asked to wait at least 2 days for the goods to be received and placed in the system. Unfortunately, several days passed and nothing happened. Fishisfast continued to curl up, saying that it was the fault of the sender or the FedEx carrier. I contacted everyone involved and everyone said that the goods were in the Fishisfast warehouse. I sent several messages, I asked please, but nothing worked. I never received my merchandise and I had to overcome the loss in a few days and in the following months. It was a frustrating and disaccusing experience, especially considering the value of the camera. I do not recommend Fishisfast due to the lack of transparency and effective problem solving.

Items damaged by whoever handled them at Fishisfast. E-mails from Giovanna from Fishisfast blamed the seller/sender saying that's how they were received after raising the issue of the packer damaging the items. Photographs of the items taken by fishisfast before repacking clearly show they were received in the condition the seller sent them, pristine and without damage.
Had to wait two days, 28/07 for them to provide photos of the other items being shipped. And to add insult to injury, they charge $5 to open the repackaged items to take photographs of the items they damaged. Still refused to admit liability even photographic proof which they took themselves that they damaged one of the items. Will never use them again and if you have any sense, you'll choose one with reputable feedback as this company eschews all responsibility, gives you the run around and has the worst customer service of any business with which I have had dealings.
Gone downhill and I no longer trust to care for my items
I choose Fishisfast despite its higher costs due to it having a better reputation than some of its competitors. However, I have found myself highly disappointed. As my order was mainly for books so I opted for extra measures to ensure they got to me safely, but this didn't help. The outer rap is very thin and mainly came off in the post, several bubble raps where missing and some items shoved into one bubble rap. Additionally, some of the books were damaged. I messaged them about it just to inquire on how it could be sorted out but the first person was very rude, I was refereed to a manager who was able to deal with the situation. However, there was no compensation offered for the damage as they claim the insurance does not cover this and are unwilling to do so themselves, they insist their policy states that damage to items is not covered, whereas in fact it states: 'Incidental or cosmetic damage to product packaging, when the item itself is undamaged' is not covered. The damage was to my items themselves and not to their packaging, nor was it incidental or cosmetic. As such their insurance policy does not seem to be honoured or worth anything and they cannot be trusted to ensure your items reach you in the condition in which they were purchased. I have to recommend that the company is avoided.

I use you the service many years today I decided this is the last time , for many reasons : 1 is when my package is delivered takes one day to added in my locker . 2 I paid extra money to collect and ship it fast always after paiement takes two days to ship it .3rd the support team they are not even give a serious help .only said wait so why I paid extra money .
