Ordered item from these scammers in the middle of April 25 for over £86. That felt like a bargain at the time compared to other retailers. Initially telling me it would be be late and then offer of a refund, and nothing since. Should have looked on Trustpilot first. Avoid at all costs, these are a bunch of scammers with no way of contacting them, they will NOT reply to emails!!! Currently waiting to see what my CCC can do, not holding my breath.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I ordered an item over £80 back in April. Got email saying delivery delayed by 1 week, new delivery date 1st May. Now on 6th June and still no item or refund. Emails and phone calls ignored. Taking it further. They should be shut down. Bunch of thieves.

What seems to be a familiar tale from, all too late, reading reviews here.

BBQ ordered, payment sent. Payment returned due to some technical fault. Re-ordered and after a week nothing, two weeks still nothing regarding delivery details.

Phone calls unanswered, emails replied by what seems to be automation.

Refund requested, none forthcoming.
Bank contacted, they're on the case.

It's weird because if you wanted to scam money from people why refund in the first place?
At one point the owner called me to reassure me I would receive my order after all.

So, either perversely incompetent criminals or perversely incompetent vendors.

Either way, avoid at all costs. Dodgy... very very dodgy.

I purchased a Weber Traveller BBQ from this company which they confirmed and charged my credit card on day of purchase. Only to receive an email the day following stating they were out of stock but were having more stock delivered by their Vendor (Weber). Two weeks later I made contact or tried to make contact by telephone which the number on the website did not make connection, so I found another number which always went to voicemail with no reply coming back. Then several emails, again no reply! I even tried their online chat and guess what still no reply!! I believe this company are a total scam and urge anyone thinking of using them (DON’T). I contacted my card provider and received my payment back within 10 days. Thank you Mastercard. Please do not use this online supplier.

They are a totally bunch of rip off merchants ! BOught a rod ! Then said had funding issues! They said gonna refund! Don't think I got ! Said rod on its way ! Still has not come 2 months l8r ! The two Patel's who said they are 100 percent happy must be there family! Left msgs on their phone ! No response? Do not buy from these charletans! Scum bags of the highest order!!!!!!!!! Scum scum

Ordered some spod braid, paid for it and now not available. Been chasing for a refund well over a month now. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! Getting trading standards and the Financial ombudsman involved

I have tried to buy a BBQ from this website and the experience has been horrendous.

The first time, they cancelled the order without any explanation and blamed it on an IT issue after the fact.

The second time, they took payment for an item they didn't have in stock and have not provided an update in over two weeks.

There has been no response to any emails, and their contact number is disconnected. I have had to open a fraud claim with my bank.

I have also reported the business and website to trading standards and the police.

Avoid like the plague. Like everyone else took my money for a fox 60inch brolly had an email about the merchant making a mistake and returning my money.you can guess that never happened. Phone number either goes through to giff gaff voicemail and landline has been cut off 🤬🤬

Do not buy Frome this company in anyway CON Terrible service no communication from them absolute joke spent 220.00 on a bed chair and have received nothing no emails no calls nothing

Don’t buy from Fiskor. Took my money and then told me 3 weeks later that there had been a problem with their merchant and would refund my payment. Still haven’t received refund and Fiskor not answering calls and emails. Bad news all round.

Well it seems I'm in the same situation as many others. Took my money for a fishing chair got the email from Alex about the merchant having refunded, have I had a refund NO !!! Are they responding to emails or voicemails, NO !!! according to companies house they were only set up on 18th December 2024. Only 1 director Jaydeep Shashikant Patel 54 Peel Road Harrow HA37QU.

Buy from this company as a last resort and hope for the best.
I purchased a portable BBQ 31st March and was told some days later, after payment had been taken, that there was an issue with the payment merchant and all transactions had been automatically refunded - please wait 10 working days. It is now 9th May and I still haven't received my refund and they are not responding to my latest email.
They may be cheaper than some reputable suppliers but their business practices could workout more expensive!

20 days and counting without my refund??? Over a month since they have had my hard earned money. Told to wait 8 to 10 days which passed, then told to wait till the end of the week and now it's 6 days past that. And now they ignore you? No Reply by email and no reply on company contact form.

I was getting responses to my emails (Alex) to start with telling me to wait longer and refund will come but now no reply to my last 6 emails and no refund. I ordered a fishing chair in early April but apparently there was a problem with their bank and all payments were being returned. I have now received my refund and must say that the email communication I received was good throughout this process.

Ordered a fox mini micron ,got email saying a delay, then aother saying i was to be refunded in 7/10 days , then yet another saying there merchant bank would handle refund ! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY ,THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY , AND YOU WONT GET WHAT YOU ORDERED

Suppose to of got a refund it has now been a week and received nothing back.
I had the “manager Alex” ringing me up numerous times because I left a bad review… screams unprofessional and fake. Where’s my money???
