A great way to be in real estate without doing all the grunt work!
I found the experience very non-stressful. I also own and manage properties so I was looking for a way to get more passive income while still staying in real estate and not have the aggravation and responsibilities of mortgages and tenants. I had all my questions answered if Cami did not have an answer she certainly got one for me. Jonah has fine-tuned the monthly statements, and you know exactly where you stand at the end of each month. The bonuses are very good as well as the rate annually. I personally have not had any negative experiences. I have already recommended them twice to a friend and family.

My experience with the FISYN people was very positive. There was no hard sell or pressure. It was very easy to talk to them in basic terms, nothing too complicated, and they were very thorough, answering any and all questions. So far, my investment is doing well. As someone who is semi-retired, I was looking for an income generating investment.
