Up to date information about the delivery and the delivery driver was very polite
The product is awesome and easy to use

The hat was squashed out of shape when it arrived. I wonder if it would have arrived in better condition if there had been some stuffing in it. The brim is not wavy as shown in the publicity photos. I was also charged rather a lot for packing and delivery when the packing material was two very small, cheap plastic bags.

I cannot fault this company. I received my item, unfortunately smashed in transit. I uploaded photos of it to their customer support, got a reply the next day to say that a new item had been sent. I received the item today, thankfully in one piece. Couldn’t ask for better customer service.

I ordered a flash drive for my iPhone and two weeks later still not delivered Have emailed and tried to phone this company no response whatsoever I would not give them any of your business if I were you completely dishonest I have not received my money back

Bought a 2gb flash drive.
Only compatible with iOS, NOT ANDROID.
I NEED ANDROID.
comes with German instructions, (no good if you don't read German!).
Asked to return for a full refund - DECLINED, "Too expensive to return".
Offered compensation of £5 and "keep goods".
Item of no use to me as I don't use ios/Apple!

no English translation in Instruction booklet. Only German. I emailed for help and was sent an AI video which was badly done. Everything moved too swiftly. Finally worked it out for myself. The Flash Drive works fine ONCE you figure out how to use it. Supplier needs to give more thought to non-German speakers!

The only way that this 'company' can improve is to stop conning people!
I never got my Order, but they got my money. Judging from the other Reviews on here, maybe I escaped the hassle of having to throw these jeans in the trash, as it seems from other comments that they are poor quality rubbish. People like these destroy credibility for all companies trying to trade legitimately online. There should be a means of establishing if an online seller is legitimate in order to protect innocent customers.

Delivery took a long time. The flowers themselves are not what I expected.

I waited a while for delivery also when I received my bra I was a bit disappointed. It's not what I expected the straps were too narrow not thick straps like the other one I purchased also it was lower by the cleavage
