fit-boots.com Reviews

I have been using rebound boots since 2020, and at 81, I feel healthier and more active than ever. Exercising in my Fit Boots has helped me lose excess weight, and I especially enjoy that the workouts feel gentle on my joints. I also feel that regular rebounding has helped my circulation.

What I love most is that the workouts are fun and keep me moving. Fit Boots has become an important part of my routine, and I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for an enjoyable, low-impact way to exercise.

I have to say, I freaking love this company. Their customer support is top notch! Yes you may need to wait a bit for your order but the boots are awesome! I needed to exchange a size and it was hassle free! I will refer them in my workout groups!

Age 59 and over 20 years of rebounding experience. I love running with my boots with less knee pain. Fit Boots has created a boot that has easier to use buckles and a completely safe way to replace parts. Safety is important to me so all ages can keep their boots in good shape. And, if you have any questions the text/chat function is very helpful on the website.

I was a marathon runner for years—it was a huge part of my life. Seven years ago, I had to stop because of the damage to my knees. Since then, almost every kind of cardio has caused me pain, except swimming. I’m even waiting for a knee replacement.

A friend of mine was taking FitBoots classes, so I looked into them and decided to order a pair. Oh my gosh, they have honestly been a lifesaver! I can run, sprint and do high-intensity workouts again without pain. I can’t explain how amazing it feels to be active again.

I’m forever thankful to FitBoots for giving me such an important part of my life back.

I placed an order after being told the boots would ship within a few days, only to be informed that they weren’t actually in stock and that I needed to change my order to an available item. They said they would ship four days from our email exchange and someone did print a shipping label. However, nothing was sent. After waiting over five weeks with no fulfillment or proactive communication, I followed up to cancel my order and request an immediate full refund.

Instead of processing the cancellation and apologizing, customer service repeatedly tried to push small discounts and steer me toward entirely different colors and models, promising those would ship instead. When I insisted on an immediate refund, there was no apology for the delay—just a dismissive suggestion to try back in a few months when inventory returned. I doubt they would send something.... I would just be moved to another product, assured it would ship within a few days, and get nothing for weeks.

Holding customer funds for weeks on out-of-stock inventory while attempting a shell game of alternative items is completely unacceptable. As a longtime user of rebound boots looking forward to the design improvements over Kangoo Jumps, this disorganized, indifferent customer service was a massive disappointment and a waste of time. Buy elsewhere with proper buyer protections, because direct support here is unreliable.
