Great fitness coaching from workouts to diets.

The shipping and delivery time was too long.

Four months in and I’m down sixteen pounds and—get this—playing tag with my boys without wheezing. The meal guides are clear, the workouts fit my not-so-gym-ready schedule, and the community keeps me from quitting the minute the chips show up. Giving four stars only because sometimes the videos load slower than my old metabolism.

I have been very satisfied with the response I have gotten from FFP. Last year I had rotator cuff, bicep problems, and torn Achilles tendon. I was not sure if I could workout at contacted FFP. I got a quick response from Ben and he explained that with all the injuries there was not much I could to until I healed. Although I was disappointed at not being able to exercise I took his advice and now I am back to normal and workouts are going great. I give a big thanks to Ben and FFP.
