My journey fitness is simple, to use and nice app looks great and is easy to understand.

Charged me two months in a row, without contacting me. It was not authorized by me. I find their monthly fee too expensive. Denied a refund, though I never used their services, required me to go through hoops for them to consider refunding. For example, I could only request it after using their services app 8 dates from billing,send them proof their services did not suit me etc.

Same as most of the other reviews of this company. Tease you in with £15.99 trial then after a month, with no warning or options, you get charged £34.68 and £17.99 for "extras" which you never requested or had knowledge of content and £38.95 for a further month sub which you also didn't want. At lease they have cancelled my direct debit now but that still leaves me very out of pocket. MISREPRESENTATION. AVOID.

This changed my routine, i enjoy my workouts every day, app is best.

I finally follow a plan, The milestones make it fun to reach goals, stay motivated with this app.

Reply to Fitflow: I have been in contact with your support team and despite many emails back and forth I have received zero follow up on what is being done to refund the unauthorised charges.

Fitflow have charged my account twice after an introductory offer. I would stay far away from this company and do not give them any of your info. It is impossible to edit your profile on their website or app and both will send you in circles trying to manage your subscription. I am now trying to get the unauthorised funds returned to me, but all I'm getting is emails "thanking me for my patience". This is a complete and utter scam and illegal operation.

Great app no hard steps, good for beginners like me, perfect if you are just starting.

This app is really fun, the 30-day exercising, i feel good after Wall Pilates every day.

Subscribed for 3 mths but then tried to charge each month

Very Deceptive Advertising! "Free Chair Yoga Chart" when clicked it links to a page to pay for 4, 12 or more weeks for a 'program', for a one-off price. I don't mind paying for intellectual' property, but that should have warned me. After selecting and paying $27.99 for 12 week program, which was advertised as a one-off charge, (my bank record showed an additional $16.99 charge the same day)I clicked through to the next page which was for my personal info (address etc.), it wouldn't allow me to enter any information! Just today I noticed another $16.99 charge!! For ALL the past month, I received 1, just 1 email with 5 "chair yoga" positions. When I tried to log in today with my temporary password, it had probably expired but when I tried to change it I was told I had no account, even though I was was given a "Membership" ID when I initially paid my $27.99 (plus $16.99, unbeknownst to me). I can't sign in, but the can charge me each month? Geesh!!

BEWARE They try and sign you up to a monthly subscription when you purchase a 'one off'. I queried this in February and received an email confirming this was a one off and that no futher payments will be taken. In March they take a payment of £38.95 and refuse to refund it. TOTAL CON BEWARE !!!! Update, they've replied to the review all nice saying get in touch, I've been in touch multiple times already and just get a standard answer, no refund.

Illegal operation. Signed and paid for a 3 month term. Charged again 1 month later. Company understands position and completely refuses to refund illegal payment.

Update: AI response to my review is nonsense. They have not emailed me to discuss. Have previous email thread with approximately 10 responses ignoring/evading my requests in a very similar manner. Do not trust this company.

On my first and last review the reply I get is the same and same only AI response asking me the contact them. Each time I recontacted them and each time I receive the same and only response: AI version of "how to install YadaYadaYada........
They are happy to take our money and srew you about the reality of their refund policy.
Was I ever STUPID to fall for this scam. Good luck to all who want to sign up for this connery BS program. Just plainly for STUPID me to go and get conned. There will never a solution to this scam, because until now they Ignored all my attempt to get them to listen and realised I paid for unabled to activate the app, on the first day, and, they are totally blinded to my written request, to just send me a refund. I can't activate it unless I pay again and then it should work! Yeah, really really smart AI working at their stations.

After finding my review FitFlow refunded all charges. Maybe they'll simplify their signup process. I'm giving 3 stars now, but recommend everyone pay extra attention when signing up.

It may be a good product, but it wasn't what we were looking for, so we cancelled.

As far as I can tell, this a scam. The website to signup is very confusing and you end up paying 4 to 5 times the initial price. Then when you try to cancel and get your money back you get AI response that don't address your requests.

App make it perfect for my busy professional life the flexibility and efficiency .

Their ads state “free chair yoga chart, print now” “free senior walking guide”. In order to obtain, questions must be answered…age, weight, height, etc. I answered all for both programs only to be told that I need to enroll in a membership. Thus, nothing is free as advertised and extremely deceptive. I call this a SCAM

Starting the program I noticed better energy and mood within weeks .

The login takes minutes. App has very hard UI could be easier to use
