The customer service at this place is shocking
They sent me a box of parts that were not labeled and Notting matched the instruction
Please do not use these people
The product is ok but took 2 days to fit because having to take apart as using wrong bits
Trust me they don’t care
I gave you plenty of time to get in touch. It’s very simple I never said parts were missing I simply said and I say again NOT one part was marked with a part number or code which it clearly states in the manual and the fact that a part that needed installing on page one was not mentioned until page 27 causing the whole gym to be taken apart
Please review a box and the manual before replying in the future

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your experience.
Our records show that you contacted us by email on 22/07/2026 stating that the instructions were inadequate and requesting that we either arrange for the equipment to be assembled at our expense or collect the product and issue a full refund. Unfortunately, your email did not include any order details, information about which product had been purchased, or any photographs showing the issues you described. This meant we were unable to identify your order or investigate your concerns.
You then sent a further email prior to our response, advising that unless the matter was resolved by your deadline, you would leave a negative review. Again, no order details or evidence were provided to enable us to assist you.
We appreciate that all-in-one trainers are substantial pieces of equipment and can be challenging to assemble. For customers who would prefer not to undertake the installation themselves, we offer a professional assembly service carried out by specialist third-party engineers. As this is an optional service provided by independent installers, it is chargeable. Customers who choose to self-assemble are supplied with a detailed instruction manual, which advises reading the instructions fully before beginning the build.
To date, we have still not received any information identifying the parts you believe were missing, incorrectly labelled, or incompatible with the instructions. If you provide your order details along with photographs of the specific issues, we will be happy to investigate and, where appropriate, supply any replacement parts required.
We are always willing to help resolve genuine issues, but we do require sufficient information to identify the order and investigate the concerns raised.

I had a great experience with the…
I had a great experience with the Fitshop Chessington store, especially Lewis who was really helpful from start to finish.
I spent months researching different all in one trainers, comparing brands and visiting showrooms before making a decision. Lewis was always patient, happy to answer my questions and never made me feel under any pressure to buy. He helped me narrow everything down and I ended up going with the Force USA C20.
The customer service was excellent throughout. Communication was always quick and professional, and it genuinely felt like Lewis wanted to help me find the right setup rather than just make a sale.
I chose to buy through the Chessington store because of the service I received and it's nice knowing I have a knowledgeable local team nearby if I ever need advice or want to add more equipment in the future. They are always trying to get you the best deal on price which I appreciated.
Thanks again to Lewis and the team. I'd happily recommend the Chessington store to anyone looking to build a home gym.
