Today have received an email saying their data has been breached and my card details leaked. Oh yeah and I never received any clothing that I bought either

Seit 3 Monaten warte ich auf eine Jacke. Erst wurde behauptet, dass es aufgrund von Weihnachten zu Verspätungen kommen würde. Nach 2 Monaten wurde gesagt, dass das Paket wohl verloren gegangen sei und man es nochmals schicken würde. Nach 3 Monaten kam dann per Mail die Information man sei gehackt worden und alle Kundendaten von mir wurden gestohlen. Wtf is this shop? Als PayPal Empfänger ist eine Lotus Media AS Firma in Norwegen angegeben. Wenn man auf Google Maps schaut ist das ein Mehrfamilienhaus irgendwo im Nirgendwo. Absoluter Scam und Finger weg. Gebt ihnen weder Daten noch Geld!

DO NOT GO NEAR THEM!!! I ordered stuff at the start of December that I have never received (it supposedly got lost in transit) and I keep getting fobbed off that they’ll send a refund request through to the relevant department and yet 2 months later and still haven’t received anything. ABSOLUTE SCAM COMPANY

Articles commandées il y a deux mois et malgré les relances et les mails de réponses qui frisent la malhonnêteté, ni remboursements, ni articles.
Quel recours avons-nous dans ce cas ? Il semblerait qu'aucun...
Ça me servira d’expérience : toujours vérifier la fiabilité sur des réseaux avant de commander et grâce au site comme celui-ci.

I placed an order for their timber fleece jacket on the 11th of November. It is today the 19th of february and I have still not received my item or heard any news as to the whereabouts of it.
I had already sent an email to customer support when the order had not arrived after 27 days and was reassured me that it would not take months of waiting for the item to arrrive.
I have now written to them again a couple weeks ago and got no response. Got scammed out of 80€ and apparently many others have been as well.

Ordered in early December and still haven't received now, in February. Have contacted customer service who said they would open an investigation and since then, they have stopped replying to emails. No refund given. ABSOLUTE SCAM DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Horrific, paid for an order in early December and still haven’t received the item in February, originally didn’t contact the company as I put it down to busy Xmas period however the customer service told me once that it was lost in transit, and then stopped responding to emails. Checked online reviews to see that everyone else has been scammed just as I have, so I contacted my bank. I suggest everyone else do the same. DO NOT SHOP HERE

This website is a SCAM had the exact same experience as other costumers who have reviewed below. I wish I’d read these reviews before ordering. Have never received my clothes and have not been given a refund.

I ordered 2 jackets on November and they arrived on time. However, I wanted to change the color of one of the jackets because the website decided itself that both jackets purchased should be the same color (it was not my fault). No worries, they arrived in 3 weeks and I decided to keep them both, as they were very nice and confi.

I ordered another jacket in black on January. Guess what? It has not been shipped yet and I guess it will not be!
Of course, I do not get ANY ANSWER FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Ich habe vor 3 Monaten eine Jacke für ca. 70€ bestellt. Nach einer Woche kam die Bestätigung dass die Jacke versendet wurde. Bis heute ist nichts angekommen. Auf Anfrage hat sich "Anna" aus dem Kundenservice gemeldet und gemeint, dass die Jacke bald ankommen würde. Einen Trackingcode konnte sie mir natürlich nicht geben. Nach weiteren 2 Wochen habe ich erneut dem Kundenservice geschrieben. Wieder meinte eine "Anna", dass ich mich gedulden müsste. Nach weiteren 3 Wochen habe ich einen Refund beantragt, woraufhin sich "Anna" gemeldet hatte und meinte, dass das Geld unterwegs sei. Nun warte ich seit 5-6 Wochen, dass das Geld bei mir auf dem Paypal-Konto ankommt - vergebens. Auf weitere Anfragen bekomme ich natürlich keine Antwort..

Ich finde es mehr als fraglich wie eine solche Webseite (vorraussichtlich SCAM) auf Instagram Werbung schalten darf, da ich auf die Jacke über Instagram aufmerksam wurde. Das ist eine bloße Frechheit.

Ordered 2 items at end of November. On the 60th day one of the pair of trousers turned up. Shoddy looking product, stitching is bad all over, label off centre. Label on rear pocket is all nonsense - The phrase printed is 'SIMPLE TEXT' followed by a bunch of Lorem Ipsum.

The website clearly states that if your item doesn't arrive within 60 days you are entitled to a refund, but every time I request that for the missing product I am met with another nonsense email about how it has already been processed so refund can't be issued.

This company is a massive scam and con. Avoid at all costs. I am also annoyed that something like this is allowed to advertise so heavily on instagram and Facebook, which is where I got the link from originally.

I'm sure any 5 star reviews of this company are fake as well.

Schlechteste Seite die ich kenne. Habe im November/Dezember 21 bestellt. Ungefähr für 100€. Zuerst kam eine E-Mail mit der Ankündigung das meine Bestellung dich verspätet, aufgrund Corona und Weihnachten (viel Traffic beim Packetlieferdienst)

Bis heute 01.02.22 ist nichts angekommen. Wieso schaffen andere Anbieter es die Sachen zu liefern und die von FivestarOutfit nicht? Weil es Scam ist. Dort nicht bestellen. Du wirst da nur abgezogen. Leider habe ich diese Seite von Trustpilot über FivestarOutfit erst jetzt gefunden und die ganzen schlechten Bewertungen gelesen, ansonsten hätte ich da niemals bestellt. Größter Dreck. 100€ weg.

Derubato di di 60€ dopo aver acquistato un paio di pantaloni mai arrivati e di cui non è mai stato fornito nemmeno un numero di tracciamento spedizione.
Alla richiesta di spiegazioni tentano di imbonirti con improbabili sconti su futuri acquisti (che poi tanto non ti consegneranno).
Solita scatola CINESE da cui stare alla larga.

Ho ordinato un pantalone a metà dicembre e non è mai arrivato. Assolutamente sito non raccomandabile. Probabile truffa.
