Fantastic seller and great laptop. Really pleased as I wasn't sure about ordering online. Came literally in a day, quicker than planned. Easy to set up and so quick compared to my last one. The most noticeable thing is turning it on and opening a tab - literally instant. Really pleased with my purchase. Good description, as described.

Laptop Outlet delivered the ordered Lenovo ThinkCentre in a timely manner and provided initial support to resolve a minor technical issue.
Overall good job.

OK, to be honest... this is my first purchase from this site, and I've only just ordered the item.

So this is a brief review of their "customer service" if you can call it that.

I tried to email them on two of their email addresses as listed on their site. However, each address just sends me back a Failed to Deliver" and "Rejected" email.

Basically, NONE of their email options work, and you CAN NOT get in contact them via email. I'm not even risk trying to phone them on an 0203 number, as these area codes have often been from scammers.

I only wanted to ask them how long it takes orders to appear in your account, but it seems even something that simple is a challenge for them.

I simply don't understand why they think that rejecting emails won't come across as suspisious to people. I will report the company if it turns out they are not genuine. So far, after nearly an hour, my order still hasn't shown up in my account.

Thankfully, I paid via PayPal so I should get my money back if needed. At the moment, I certainly dno not trust a company that seemingly does not want to help it's customers.

Excellent Service! Placed order after their cut off! yet received a 1hr delivery window message from DPD next morning and was delivered 11ish am.
W'd use again and surely recommend.

I can't believe how fast dispatch and delivery took, I ordered this item on the 15th, and received it, unbelievably on the 17th, unbeatable! I have no hesitation in recommending this company to other prospective customers, and will use this company again if the need arises.

I have used them many times and have always received a prompt service and the laptops have always been exactly what i expected.

This review is being made directly to Five Tech (company on my invoice)

I purchased and paid for a new laptop on 22/04/2020 as pre-order with delivery scheduled to end of May on their website uk.store.asus.com - order #520839), which was changed to end of June as per emails send by Five Tech (Laptop Outlet), but recently they are simply ignoring the issue and I still don't have my laptop, which by the way I use to work and I'm losing a lot of clients/accounts. I have also received a confirmation that Asus have oversold the product, and they are not doing anything to solve the issue.

I use my laptop as a work tool and I'm having to refuse work as my current laptop cannot handle the current workload - I'm loosing money.

I contacted Asus customer service as well but they are avoiding the issue completely, Five Tech (Laptop Outlet) is blaming Asus for overselling their stocks and Asus is blaming Five Tech (Laptop Outlet) as per customer service email: "Asus is not responsible for Asus Shop".
