Alan / Alane, who runs this outfit (in fact multiple similarly advertised outfits under similar names), is a dishonest individual. I shall summarise my experience with him.

1. I paid him on 20th August, within minutes of requesting a booking.

2. I gave 24 hours notice that this initial booking was to be postponed. He didn't return the money at this stage and I advised that I'd be happy for him to keep the money as I intended to re-book with him. I explained the reason I had to postpone the booking was due to the sale of my car, last minute, not going ahead by the buyer.

3. It was only 4 days later I advised I wished for an alternative slot to go ahead with Alan / Alane. He had kept hold of my money and didn't reply to any text messages or whatsapps about me wishing to re-book. I had to keep ringing Alan / Alane, who when he did eventually answer, was dismissive, evasive and very difficult to get any clear response out of.

4. Alan / Alane then couldn't give me a re-arranged appointment for 6 days. He still at this stage had kept hold of my money with no reply to any text messages or whatsapps. Again, he only communicated when I called, which I had to do repeatedly.

5. When we finally managed to arrange an appointment, which I had to call Alane on again to finalise, he gave me his "full commitment" on the telephone that it would be going ahead. He then cancelled it on the morning of the appointment by text message (effectively 1 hour before the appointment should have started). Alane agreed to give a refund at this stage in writing by text message.

6. Alane has since not provided a refund. He has deliberately witheld a refund and has ignored all calls and whatsapps requesting it back, since I received his offer to refund.

In short, he has had my money for 25 days and not provided a service at all, but taken money from a consumer. He doesn't communicate once he's had the money. I would suggest no one considers engaging with him.

They charged me £160 for a diagnostic appointment, promised to attempt to fix whatever the issue is immediately during the appointment. They came late to the appointment and spent only 2mins looking and told me to change the 12V battery, insisting everything is due to 12V battery. I bought the battery 30 mins later and they didn't come back to at least fit that. I had to spend money on another technician to fit the battery.

Most importantly, changing the battery did NOT fix the problem. None of my original problem has been addressed, car still has thesame issues.

They also did NOT send the diagnostic report they promised. They also did NOT respond to my messages and calls after that. I can't believe that's what £160 gets you these days. The scanner they use only cost 50£ on amazon. They're printing money with this gig.

They'll probably close this website and create another website with a new name when people catch on.
