I was very pleased with the service I received from the company. My damaged car has been repaired to a high standard. Owen was particularly helpful in dealing with my concerns regarding a delay in getting parts from Europe. I would recommend Fix Auto Aberdare to others.

The experience I had was unfortunate. My car was repaired after being involved in a rear impact, on collection the back lights were not working.
When contacting the garage there were unhelpful and apparently not liable for any faults. The bear minimum was done on my car.

The receptionist was very rude and unhelpful. I really wouldn’t recommend this garage.

We waited four months for our car to be repaired, communication was poor from Fix Auto I had to make contact with them on a number of occasions and never got direct answers just excuses. Had to chase everything up myself including the part for my car which was eventually done after I had to correspond with a dealership on several occasions myself, customer service needs to be greatly improved.

They did a very good job I must say although I had to wait 2 weeks to get my car back.

My car was repaired by fix auto Aberdare after reading the reviews I was unsure. Having collected it today I was thrilled with how my car looked. It looked like new after a nasty accident.

They did a fantastic job and I would recommend fix auto to anyone. The repair did take nearly 5 weeks but my car looked so good it was worth the wait.

The repair took a bit longer than expected but, with everything that's going on at the moment it is understandable.
I was more than satisfied with the repair to the hatchback door, they did a wonderful job. I was also pleasantly surprised at the confition I received the car back, it was valeted to a great standard. Could you please feedback my thanks and gratitude to the people involved in the work on my car.

Excellent service. Very professional and comprehensive repair carried out on my vehicle.

The repair looks very good but I did feel that I was without my car for a long time (3 weeks). Although a courtecy car was provided I didn't feel comfortable with it and was releaved to have my own car back. Staff were friendly but it did take a long time to get through to reception - several times I had to give up.

Good service and good repair cant ask for anything else

absolute waste of space been waiting nearly 3months to get car in for repair was arranged to today but guess what parts are still not in even after telling the insurance company they had all the parts in very disorganised im now taking my car to another approved repairer as i just dont feel comfortable with thier sevice and reading a lot of bad reviews when asessing the car for the insurance it was just a quick look over a few pics and that was it all of about 45 seconds I did point out one part and it was oh yes didnt see that so not good avoid

Repair was sub standard.
Few bolts missing from trim and a half hearted attempt at putting stuff back correctly. I think this just come down to whoever was doing the job.

I don't know if they have a final inspection before allowing the vehicle to leave but once I got it home I could find a few things that was not done properly.

I also had a side job done with them separate from the insurance and when I pick it up the paint was still soft / almost wet. I signed all the paperwork before having a look at the vehicle. I wish I checked it over first as there was nothing I could say once I signed to say I was happy.

Very helpful friendly staff, sounds expensive but work standards are very good.

Fantastic service from start to finish. My car looks like new. Very professional, lovely loan car which was delivered to me which saved a lot of stress. Staff were lovely and great at communicating. Would definitely recommend.

My car was fixed , throughout the process I felt the staff I spoke to were used to dealing with people like me , they gave the impression that they were working for Aviva and not me.
When I collected the vehicle I was given the key and drove off , I had hoped for a walk around showing me what they had done but no chance
