Very efficient and very professional

My insurance company sent my car to fix auto Blackpool after someone hit my car .
They have been absolutely fantastic , car looks amazing , staff were so friendly and helpful , I was kept informed with updates , got to mention Nicola who was so helpful today , thank you

I wanted to write this review as I work in a Sales/Service Industry. Not everyone takes the time to provide feedback when excellent service is given. Cannot praise Fix Auto highly enough. At first I was dubious when my Insurance Company said that my car (pride & joy - not just a piece of metal) was being sent there. I needn't have worried. I collected my car on Tuesday and it is perfect. I am a bit too precious about my cars to say the least but Fix Auto have turned around a bad situation (my wife pranged my car) into a very happy outcome. The standard of the repair is exceptional! no issues raised however the tester and Simon did tell me the rear tyres were wearing a bit low / aslo due a service soon
booked back in for service and tyres
very very happy with Simon and the guys there honest and tell you to the point what is what

Wow, what a great service from Fix Auto Blackpool, they went beyond customer service they collected my Motability car, dropped off a courtesy car for the duration of the repair and when they returned my car, what a job fantastic you could not tell it had been damaged at all car looks amazing valated and gleaming i would have no hesitation to reccomend Fix Auto Blackpool.

Great response from the team in Blackpool, Nicola is a gem, she was brilliant all along and very patient. The technical team was very professional too and we had our car repaired without any issues, plus we had a substitution car. I highly recommend Fix Auto Blackpool

Following an rear-end shunt my insurance booked me into FixAuto at Blackpool. They contacted me immediately to get the vehicle booked in. I was told it would be ready for the following Monday. I was able to pick it up the Friday before, a pleasant surprise. When I picked my vehicle up it looked in top condition. Throughout Nicola and the team were first rate, professional and good humoured. In the past I have used a body repair shop close to FixAuto but FixAuto will be my first port of call if required.

Received constant updates so never had to chase and the repairs are invisible. Great all round experience

Nicola and the team at Fix Auto worked hard to make sure a difficult situation was much easier to bear. After a crash, they collected our car and made sure the repairs were completed before we had to make a long journey to our holiday location. Communication throughout was excellent and they kept us informed and updated from start to finish and the repair work was excellent. Highly recommended!

Damage to door and front wing repaired to standards however I was given contradicting information about parts and estimated completion dates but did receive the car back after approx 5 weeks. When I received the car back the inside was dirty and had been wiped down with a dirty cloth , granted it wasn’t spotless going in but it was really dirty coming back , there is a black sticky goo all over my alloys and also leaking onto bodywork from repaired area to which I am not happy with at all. You can clearly tell it’s been to a body shop as the layers of dust under the bonnet and in the cockpit are quite apparent and some one has tried to wipe down under the bonnet as well but again very poorly.

Friendly, efficient, helpful staff who kept me informed of progress on the repair of my car which was done to a high standard. A courtesy car was delivered to my home and my car taken for repair which was completed within 5 working days and my car was brought back to my home and the courtesy car taken back. Very good service and hassle free.
