I was contacted promptly regarding the repairs to my car after an insurance claim. The process was simple and I was contacted and informed at every stage.
My car was collected at a time and place suitable to me and similarly returned in the same manner.
The pick up and delivery driver was assigned to me throughout the repair and he was very helpful.

I was referred here by my insurance after an accident on the motorway. It took a couple of months to fix with no updates on progress throughout.
I went to pick my car up last week and noticed that my drivers car seat (leather ) was scratched. I told them and pictures showed it wasn’t done on arrival to their garage . Waited another week for this to be rectified and picked up today. The let down of my car not being valeted as promised was a great disappointment . I know this is not standard but after their mistakes and incompetence, I really did expect more .
They earned enough from insurance to provide customer satisfaction, which has clearly not been achieved

They kept me informed at every step of the way, and not only delivered a courtesy car to my door, but brought my car back to me having not only repaired it, but also having valeted it!
Staff were helpful right through the process.

Explained everything clearly about the process following accident. Prompt pickup and return for repairs . Front bumper and wheel arch repair superb. My car looks like new again. My Suzuki Alto is 10 years old and I feared it might be scrapped so I am extremely grateful that they thought it was worth saving. Thank you so much.

Reasonable experience with Fixauto. The repair wasn’t a big one but they did a good job. Communication was very good . .
My only (slight) gripe was that I planned a morning off work to go pick my vehicle up on the day they said it would be ready . . And then it wasn’t ready till the next day ! . . Only a small issue really, and I’m pleased with the repair . . So all good !!

Had a bit of a prank took my car to the awesome team in Bradford. Couldn't have made it any easier. A really lovely team who made a stressful incident much less stressful. Extremely efficient and had my car back in super quick time looking like new. Absolutely recommend taking your car here. A++++++
