Excellent service and communication
This car company had an excellent communication throughout my experience. They kept me updated via frequent texts and were very helpful over the phone if I had a query. Their online app made recording the damage easy and my car was replaced with a courtesy car which was immaculate. My car looks great after their repairs. Their aftercare was also great, supplying me with all the information I needed in a timely fashion. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service, was given regular updates on the repairs and when they thought the car would be finished. All work carried out to top standard, very impressed and car returned super clean inside out.

Highly recommended
After being in a collision I was automatically referred to Fix Auto in Brackley. The team were superb in keeping me informed, updated and I’m really pleased with Graham and the team’s work on my repair. An excellence standard of service to the point that if I ever did need repair, I’d go to them in the future. Very grateful and would recommend.

Great Company, reassuring!
Great to deal with, Shelly and Sharon making me feel confident everything was ok with the courtesy car and reassuring me they were trying to repair rather than write off, Josh likewise gave me confidence they actually care about keeping the car on the road! Easy experience
Everything was very smooth from start to finish. Replacement car arrived, our car taken away for repairs, regular updates on progress, car arrived back few hours after we phoned to schedule handover. Every question was answered, they seem very well organized. I was very impressed.
