Was a great experiance, unfortunately had someone hit my car while it was parked and it was due for repair at Fix Auto. The process was very frustrating for me but Fix Auto were very helpful, from start to end they provided me with a great service. I spoke to their receptionists many times who were always very polite and informative. I would like to say a special thanks to Kelly as she was very helpful on the day it came to collecting my car and I was able to collect it very well promptly. Would definitely recommend. Once again, thank you very much for being so efficient, polite and making a difficult situation much more easier to bare.

Delays after delays.

I have been stood up multiple times by this garage...excuse after excuse!! PLEASE STAY AWAY

I cannot commend the staff enough . Kelly and Jamie went above and beyond in getting my fiesta repaired and arranging a hire car in a timely manner . I have to get my son to university and they made it possible for my car to be repaired before I take him. Very friendly, helpful and informative in addition I would also like to mention Colin who was also very helpful and pleasant. Absolute first class service ! Would recommend to anyone needing a repair.

First class service. Highly recommended. Staff were courteous, friendly and very helpful, the repair to my Volvo V90 was done to a fantastic standard and totally to my satisfaction (and I am very particular about my car) One small glitch, the repair took longer than anticipated due to a delay in the parts supply chain so NOT the fault of Fix Auto, However, they extended the term of my hire car at no extra cost to myself for the length of the delay. Professional and expert repair facility, I would not hesitate to bring my car here again.

Just went to collect the car, two scratches were repaired one wasn’t.
When I complained I was shown the quote ( which I had never seen before!) and told the missing section wasn’t quoted for.
I asked why would I only want half the job done?
I then asked to see the only document I had ever seen and actually signed, which of course included the missing work.
I was then told it would be another £90 and two more days.
Whoever worked out the process here needs some urgent advice!!
I’m very annoyed about this because it had come in £20 less than my max….and now the budget is blown due to their mistake.

Addendum - One correction to response- “upon collection” gives a false impression… actually when the car was dropped off and I signed off on what was to be repaired all three items were included….. that was the only document I had ever seen ( the quote was shown to me for first time after I noticed the work was incomplete )

My repairs were done on time to a high standard. After it was delivered back to me, I noticed a non body work issue and when I mentioned it to the company they were straight back at my place to collect the car and fix it. Top rate company, highly recommended.

Good repair and result. Only very minor thing that I can comment on was a line of glue from masking tape left across top of door. Really not a problem though. Having trouble finding a comment for you.

I thought the service provided was outstanding!!! My car went in dented and scratched after a non fault accident… Dirty and looking a bit sorry for itself….. A week later came out dents and scratches gone, cleaned inside and out.!!!! Even checked my tracking… Staff were friendly and provided a professional response to any enquiries!
