I found all of the staff at Fix Auto to be very polite, competent, and friendly. I was kept well informed throughout and my car repair was carried out on time. While awaiting the go ahead from my insurance company I was impressed that whenever I called for an update the phone was answered by someone who was happy to check and keep me fully up to date on insurance company progress. I have no negative comments to make about this company whatsoever, and while I would hope not to need their services again, if I do, they will certainly be my first choice.

I found that Fix Auto’s service was very good even though the parts for my car took a long time to procure. Once they had the parts they were able to complete the repair quickly.
The receptionist and the driver who collected and brought back my car were excellent!

Friendly, quick and professional

Superb service from start to finish. The accident occurred on a Saturday evening...they called first thing Monday...the car was fully repaired by Thursday and I was kept informed every step of the way...just perfect!

Staff were very helpful, professional and hardworking. Job was done perfectly, and car was returned to my door immaculately. Receptionist/job manager Kristie was especially wonderful to work with.

Superb service from initial phone call to first class repair.

They arranged for a hire car, and did the repair on my car very well, and quicker that anticipated.

Good customer service and helpful

Whilst the repair appears to have been done well, it took twice as long as they said it would and at no point was I given an update that there would be a delay and why. One person in particular, Steve, was unhelpful, brusk and because he tried to polish out a mark we noticed with a dirty cloth, actually put a couple of scratches on the new repair. Kristy, however was great - very polite, helpful and patient.

My car was collected for repair when I was told it would be. It was returned when I was 5old it was going to be. Al, the staff where very approachable, helpful and friendly.
