Had my Kia booked in through an insurance claim and from the first phone call to a completed job, the communication and ease of everything has been great! Perfect courtesy car to keep me on the road whilst the car was worked on, although I wasn’t without my car for long at all!

Brilliant and friendly service! Although the costs to fix my window was more expensive than expected, this was clearly explained to me. They kept me informed of the progress too. My car was cleaned inside out and they even repaired a faulty heater on the drivers side which I didn’t even ask them to fix. A gift was left for me inside the car too so overall it was a fantastic experience and from now on Deepcut Garage will always be my preferred choice. Thanks!

Recently moved to this area, I damaged the back of my car and needed a repairer.
I contacted the nearest professional-sounding business, Fix Auto Deepcut, and first of all was impressed that they were trusted by the local Ambulance and Police Services.
From start to finish, the whole scenario was one of total competence and efficiency.
Steve Kerr, the Estimator, took no time at all, both with the assessment and the quote.
The quote wasn't cheap but was fair. The repair date wasn't instant but sensible.
Kristy in Reception is a little gem who also really knows her stuff and kept me well informed of the progress to return of my car. It was even thoroughly cleaned inside and out.

From start to finish I was kept informed of all that would be needed and happen along with timelines which were kept, the staff were polite and professional right down to when I picked the car up and their were a couple of small issues these were dealt with quickly and politely well done

I was seriously impressed by the level of service provided. Christy arranged a loan car for me only the day before I brought my car in for repair and the loan car was exceptionally clean inside. Handing my car over and collecting the loan car took less than 10 minutes. The garage rang me at lunchtime the next day to say the repair had been completed but because it was raining heavily on a Friday afternoon I asked if I could keep the loan car until the next morning. The garage agreed. I collected my car on Saturday morning and the quality of the work done was excellent. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Within a few days, they had given an acceptable quote to my insurance company & rang me back with a starting date .

This was a difficult experience as spare parts were not available and I had to drive my damaged car for three months before repairs were undertaken. However Fix Auto were professional throughout, regularly keeping me informed and ultimately doing an excellent job.

She’s just brilliant. We had nearly 4 weeks of insurance companies trying to avoid responsibility. Kristy stuck at it patiently until we finally got everything done but it took an incredible amount of work on her part.
