Top class customer service from start to finish, my car now looks brand new, would definitely recommend them

This is the first time for a big bang. I was kept informed of their progress. The receptionist was always helpful and cheerful. My car was delivered spic and span and on their completion date. My Mercedes looks new gain. i will always recommend them, their staff made me feel less stressed in this unfortunate situation.

Insurance company referred after local accident. I took car down for estimate. The estimator took many photos and said he would ring me with price following day. This he did and explained what parts were required. Body Panels had to be ordered from Ford, but once the parts were available, they let me know and booked me in. Arranged for courtesy car which was excellent. Had car for 2 days and what a fantastic job they did. Highly polished the entire car including my alloys despite the damage only being the rear, which wasn't expecting. All the staff I dealt with were very professional and pleasant. Can't praise them enough. Would highly recommend their services. I will be using them again without question.

I have given an excellent because the repair to the car is so good that you actually cannot see where it has been repaired. The staff I dealt with were polite and helpful at all times. The repair did take a little longer but it was explained to me why this was and the reason. I would recommend Fix Auto Durham.

My car was damaged in the storms. My roof tiles blew off and damaged the roof and side of the car, I waited quite a long time to get it repaired but having said that they were extremely busy due to the volume of repairs and I could still drive my car. I found the service very good, they picked up my car and left the courtesy car, same after repairs, due to my not being able to do this myself. The work done was excellent.
