Took the car in, they checked parts thru needed, booked car in on Monday and got the repair done by Friday morning as promised. The car wing and bonnet have been repaired as new, a perfect finish.

They asked me to drop my car off, which was damaged in the accident. I didnt think this was safe and they were not at all understanding. They would not pick up my car at a suitable time for me in the end I had to contact the insurance company to persuade the garage and arrange to pick up of the car. Once the car had been fixed. They would not drop the car off to me. I had to drive to pick up the car when I arranged a suitable date to pick up the car they had given me the wrong address so wasted my journey and time. I then had to contact the insurance company again so that they would drop the car off to me. The receptionist was quite rude and kept telling me that I had a hire vehicle that was being paid for, which had nothing to do with the garage.

My car was damaged in a minor incident and Fix Auto was the repair shop used by my insurance company. They arranged a booking very quickly. A courtesy car was provided to minimise disruption and the repair service was both excellent and extremely quick. The damage is unnoticeable, the body part looks brand new and the paint work & colour match up is outstanding. Top work! Will definitely use in the future if required.

Needed an expert body shop repair to some Storm damage suffered when roof tile was blown off onto my 5 month old Yaris Cross. It punched a hole through the roof above the drivers door & caused several dints & scratches including to the glass roof & bars. Referred to my local Fix It Auto branch at Crosshills by my insurers the complex repair took nearly two weeks including new glass roof, drivers door window & roof bar plus scratch & dent repairs. The end result defied my best expectations & looks like new. Amazing workmanship. Good customer service & courtesy car supplied for the duration. Would highly recommend this team.
