Great experience and always good to know it’s these lot working on the car.
So I actually went down to get a quote for some work from Ben at fixauto.. and then in the weird way the world works I had an accident and my insurance referred me to fix auto regardless 😁.
Work was done very fast with minimal effort on my part, and I got the car back looking literally better than before it had even had the accident! Will always use these guys and they go above and beyond. Thanks!

Good communication throughout, thorough explanation of repair when picking up the car. Car released while waiting for a part, as they knew I needed it back on a certain day. Very quick turnaround (while I waited) on return. Thank you.

Scratch
My car was in for a scratch to be repaired through my company.
Car was initially meant to be in for 5-7 days but it was turned around much quicker than this and the work was done to an excellent standard.
Returned to me cleaned as well.

Hello Unnikrishnan, we are sorry that you feel this way. This was put through your insurance as a non fault meaning there was no bill at the end of the repairs, if you were not VAT registered. However, because you are VAT registered this means you have to pay the VAT element on the repair cost and claim it back. As for time consuming, when repairing a vehicle with the extent of the damage that yours had, we always take time to follow the correct procedures to ensure the vehicle is returned to its manufacturer standards. We replaced the rear end of your vehicle including the rear panel and boot floor amounting to just over £7k. We have tried to contact you to discuss the repair procedure so you can understand more. I hope this has given you more of an understanding. Thank you for your comments.

I run a fleet of vehicles and use Fix Auto Lichfield for all of my repairs. The standard of repair is the best I have seen and the team there are hard working and committed.
