Wow! 5 star service!
Fix Auto repaired the damage to my VW Polo. They kept me updated throughout and when on the phone, they were lovely and accommodating for when I could not get the car to them due to work demands. They were happy for me to drop it off at my local enterprise and they collected and brought it back which was a huge help for me.
When I got my VW Polo back I couldn’t believe how well they had repaired the paintwork. My car looked new! Can’t fault their service one bit!

Collected car on low loader from my home address, kept me fully informed throughout the duration of the repairs and then returned the vehicle, spotless and as good as new. There was a lengthy wait for the parts required but that was nothing to do with Fix Auto and I was kept informed of the delays throughout. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody.

BRILLIANT REPAIR
They picked up my car very quickly from where I had the accident. They also kept me updated at every point at how the repairs were going and considering how much damage there was the repairs are brilliant you wouldn't even know a truck had hit my car.

Fix auto Liverpool south. Fantastic service from start to finish. Girls in the office were brilliant very helpful. Guy that came to take my car was lovely. Loved that the mechanic called me to say they had assessed it within an hour of receiving it and had ordered the part. Danny just delivered my car back very personable and friendly.
