Pleasant staff and the repair completed…
Pleasant staff and the repair completed quickly. The car had been thoroughly cleaned too. The only complaint was that the chrome exhaust pipes hadn’t been polished! Very happy.

Poor Quality - avoid
Had my vehicle sent to Fix Auto Manchester East following an insurance claim. WORST repair shop, complete cowboys, there repair work is abysmal!! The vehicle was, sent back a number of occasions and still to this day has problems.
Don't waste you time and effort going to this company.

My car went in for repair on 17/02/2026 and by the 26/02/2026 I had my car back. The whole process from start to finish was informative and on time, the work was spotless. The car was collected and returned from the place I asked for to make easier for myself with reference to returning a loan car and it was also cleaned both inside and out! A big thank to Lynn and the team who carried out the repairs, thank you for a great job.

Quick turnaround and great communication. Good job overall.
Just one negative point.
The trim around the window was clearly removed during the repair and hasn't been put back on correctly. Or maybe a clip is damaged.
