After an argument with the garage door, fix auto in Crediton, got my 'Blue Boy' looking as good as new, evening tidied up my scruff wheels. The team did an excellent job, and kept me informed of their progress.

My van needed repairs as it was broken into, Fix Auto were wonderful- they returned it not only with the window and door handle repaired but they had also washed it, hoovered out all the shattered glass and left me with a full tank of fuel. I was so grateful. It really made my day having my van back and was so thoughtful of them

This was a very supportive experience with the company providing a high-level of communication in respect of the work. The overall workmanship was excellent the collection and delivery staff were very professional and explained all aspects of the service.

Must mention the wonderful Wendy who took so much time and trouble sorting my worries out and reassuring me that my “green baby “ would be looked after and treated to a new facelift after being made to look like an accordion after a young man couldn’t stop and used my stationary baby as a method of halting his out of control van….all the guys and techies were so kind and helpful , updated texts letting us know the progress etc , can’t fault the service , and my green baby looks fabulozie again . MY car needed repairs to bodywork on one door. The organisation and communication was excellent from start to finish of the repair. A courtesy car was dropped off and my car collected with a thorough record of the condition of both vehicles; I was kept up to date on progress and the handover was on time. All the staff I interacted with were courteous and gave me the information I needed. I would thoroughly recommend Fix Auto Mid Devon.

Excellent service from arranging to collect my car, loaning of a car, keeping me informed almost daily, until it was returned all cleaned. A slight mishap in the workshop but was put right quickly...

We have today received our Infiniti Q50 car back from Fix Auto. They repaired a four panel nearside collision caused by an altercation with a Bus. A metallic grey paint finish done to perfection without any mismatch what so ever. Through out the the whole process, we were kept up to-date via SMS messages. We are highly delighted and have no reservations in recommending them.

Fix Auto Crediton were so helpful when dealing with my van repair. They communicated well with myself and also liaised with my insurance company to ensure that repairs were carried out to the highest level. They kept me up to date with developments and made sure my repairs were carried out quickly and efficiently. Fix auto did an excellent job of repairing the bodywork on my car. The repair was carried out fairly quickly - within the week. A driver collected my car and left me with a courtesy car. Everyone I spoke to at Fix Auto throughout the process, were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Overall I thoroughly recommend this company.
