Broken clips not replace on the car, this was a new car, in perfect condition prior to accident, but I have found clips to be snapped and not replaced.

Excellent communication, great service and a very good outcome with the car. They did a thorough examination of the vehicle damage and gave an accurate estimate of timescales for repair.
