The service was amazing - kept up to date at all times with what was happening to the car. The job was done perfectly and the car come back immaculate and the cleanliness was superb. The car was collected and dropped back to me when said and courtesy calls were made to let me know of collection and re delivery. Would 100% use these guys again. I was extremely pleased with the quality of the repairs and the service I received! They also cleaned the car & it looks brand new. The gentleman who collected and delivered the car was lovely and polite and answered all my questions.

Efficient and friendly staff.
The reception staff were extremely polite, friendly and during the time when my car was being repaired, kept in constant touch with me by phone. The repairs were carried out very professionally and to a high standard.

Director extremely rude and confrontational. Not professional. Very under staffed.
Took 7 weeks to get the van booked in then made me wait 3 days to collect my van once it was repaired as they didn’t have any ‘empty slots’ for me to come in, then told me if i couldn’t make the one day they offered me I would be charged £60 a day for the courtesy car.
Would never use again.
Van returned with engine light on it didn’t go in with one on. I have yet to take this to ford to diagnose what this is.

I am sorry that you felt unhappy with our service.
Due to parts availability issues on many makes of vehicle and the effects of Covid 19 there was a delay in booking your vehicle in with us.
Repairs were however completed on 22/08 .When notified that your vehicle was ready for collection you advised us that you could not collect because of work commitments and would be unavailable until 25/08 We advised you that as per your insurers stipulation this would incur hire charges on the courtesy vehicle as they must be returned within 24 hours of the repair completion ( this is in the terms and conditions that you had previously read and signed )you then agreed you could collect your vehicle at 8am the following day.
You then informed us that you had an accident in our courtesy vehicle resulting in some damage. We advised you to contact your insurers to set up a claim for this before coming to collect your vehicle the following day to avoid any unnecessary delays.
When you arrived to collect your vehicle the next day you advised us you had not had time to contact your insurance company to report the damage to our vehicle. We requested that you do this whilst on site. You were not happy with this as you said that you needed to get to work. It was explained to you that this needed to be done before handover of your own vehicle. You were then rude and awkward towards our receptionist, who found you intimidating, you also said that you did not want to contact your insurers.
Our manager then spoke with you to confirm that the claim did need to be set up and that we were unable to do this on your behalf. You eventually agreed to contact your insurers and set up the claim. At no time were any of our staff rude or confrontational despite your unhelpful demeanour.

Repairs good and cleaning the car inside and out was a nice touch. Took a long time to get booked in though, then nearly two weeks from when we dropped the car off and they also overran.
