Communication regarding the repair process was excellent, with updates on a regular basis. The quality of the repair is exceptional.

I’ve had the unfortunate pleasure of needing car repairs twice, and on both occasions Fix Auto delivered excellent service. The team was quick, efficient, and kept me updated throughout the process. The repairs were completed on time, and the communication was spot on.

I recently had to have a rather deep scratch repaired on the side of my passenger door. I had tried mobile repairers and although they were cheaper when they saw what was required they didn’t want to carry out the work. So I took my car Fix Auto. They quoted for the work and gave me confidence that it could be repaired. I was given a time estimate of how long the job would take and kept informed as to how the job was proceeding. When I collected my car I would not have known that the door had been scratched. The work was carried out to a very high standard and the paint work was blended perfectly. So I would definitely recommend them.

I would say the process, assisted by kindertons insurance, was very professional, courteous, explained clearly, collection and delivery was very kind. The quality of the work super. The link up communications with the insurance company were stunning.

The final work is good, but there were several delays in scheduling the work. When the work was assessed we could not leave the car there because we had to a wait a part that we were advised should take a few days, but we received an official drop-off time of one week later. The day before that drop-off date we received notice that the part had not arrived and we should await further notification. Several days later we received notice that the drop-off date was seven days later. The day of drop-off we received notification of a further delay. The duration of repair extended into a booked holiday and fortunately we did not plan to use that specific car. FixAuto kindly returned to hour home after our holiday and exchanged the temporary vehicle with ours, and the work is of good quality.

Dropped my car of did request a 5 door curtsy car as have baby often and I was given just what I ask for
