Car repair was really professional and quick

Work on vehicle have been done superbly. Dee & Lorna kept me up to date every step of the way & was really helpful.

Clean and tidy reception. Friendly staff. Could have called me after it was more than 7 working days to repair. Excellent job and car valeted. Hire car was very basic so didn't use it much.

The office staff and the driver, John, were thorough and helpful.

The whole experience from taking the car in after being instructed by the insurance company the update updates during the work process and the collection of the car to have it back like brand-new

Amazing service. The repairs to my car were done quicker than I expected to a very high standard and the car was gleaming when I arrived to pick it up. As soon as the insurance company approved repairs I was given a hire car. I was kept updated throughout the repair process. Lorna is an absolute gem always smiling, welcoming and happy to help. She and the other staff clearly like working here. Couldn’t recommend Fix Auto W-S-M highly enough.

My car was fixed super quickly and the quality of work was great! Lorna was so friendly and helpful with the whole process!

The repair on the car was done very well and the car was returned in a good condition. The car was only six months old when another car was driven into it.
After the repair it is not possible to see that there was any damage done to the car.
The reception was very helpful and the service was quick and helpful from Dee & Lorna.

Dee and Lorna did very well with their committed, calm handling of the repair.
The assessment engineer gives the impression that everything will be handled proficiently.

Took my car in on Friday afternoon for a large dent in the door, was ready to collect Tuesday. They did a great job on the repair. Dee and Lorna were very friendly and helpful on reception.

From first taking my car in for an estimate to collecting it after the repair was completed the whole process was handled in a very professional manner. All the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Lorna on reception. Unfortunately the repair took longer than expected due to a wheel refurbishment being outsourced, so if it hadn't been for this delay I would have given 5 stars,but overall a good experience.
