Slow service, slow reply, not even sure I will receive my phone back to be honest, really poor communication.

Edit: the company has now responded to me and I understand that it was a busy time for them, although communication could have been faster I am now happy with the service provided as the phone looks as good as new.

There are companies offering cheaper fixes, but after reading reviews I felt I could trust FixFactor, they didn’t let me down, mailed up broken Blackberry one day, 3 days later received the phone back in good working order.

If you have a Xiaomi Mi phone for repair, Fix Factor should be your first stop. I have had an expensive failed repair before, but Fix Factor know the product. They provided an me with an excellent service. My OEM part was ordered and I was notified when it came in. I brought the phone in and it was repaired within 2 hrs.
The standard of the repair is first class. My Mi Mix 2s Phone looks like it just come out the Factory and everything works as it should, perfectly. This is my repairer of choice for Xiaomi mobile phones and I highly recommend Fix Factor as a long term Mi phone user.

Fixfactor replaced my iPhone 6 battery and screen after they were damaged. Extremely professional and courteous. Completed the work very quickly whilst I waited in the shop. I have no hesitation in recommending and would definitely use again.

Despite not being able to fix my phone (dropped in a water tank - completely my fault) Cesar kept me informed at every stage of the cleaning / investigation process.

I originally gave 1 star as I hadn't heard from them (see original review below). They've now contacted me twice today with sincere apologies and explanations of some email issues they were having. They've been quite active in addressing my concerns and updating their website. So I'm increasing my score to 5 stars.

I emailed them, and I also filled-in their online form, requesting clarification on the services they provide. I never received a reply, I've even looked in my email spam filters.

So I haven't got around to using their paid services. They may actually be quite good at repairs, but I'm not impressed that they've not got around to dealing with my query; they need to improve significantly in that regard at least.
