I had the pleasure of working with Fix My Logo Design to fine-tune an entire logo family for our new brand and I could not be more pleased with the experience or the finished work.
From the beginning, their communication was excellent. They responded clearly, kept me informed throughout the process, and made sure they understood what I was requesting before moving forward. That meant a lot because this was not just one basic logo. I had several versions, color combinations, monograms, seals, wordmarks, and layouts that needed to remain consistent across the full brand family.
What impressed me most was their patience during the revision process. I am very particular about details, especially when it comes to placement, spacing, balance, colors, and keeping every version consistent. They never made me feel rushed or as though my requests were a problem. They listened carefully, accepted my feedback professionally, and continued making adjustments until everything looked exactly the way I envisioned it.
Most importantly, they delivered what I actually asked for. That may sound simple, but anyone who has worked through a detailed branding project understands how valuable that is. They did not take unnecessary creative liberties or change parts of the design that I wanted preserved. They respected the direction of the brand while cleaning up the artwork and giving the entire logo family a polished, professional, and consistent appearance.
The final files look outstanding. Every version feels connected to the same brand. The logos now have the quality and consistency I needed to confidently move forward with my brand.
