Even though I was ordering for my dog (who has liver cancer) and not myself, Fixrx Buyers Club was very helpful and my delivery arrived on the day they said it would!

I have been HCV positive since I was 24 years old.
I was lucky enough to be well and I took the decision to wait to have the treatment as the interferon and rivabirin one were too invasive and I was scare. Until a few years ago my doctor told me to buy the new cure on Fixhepc. The price is affordable and there are no side effects whatsoever on the new cure, maybe a little bit but it is possible to continue to work. Thanks to Fixhepc to make this cure affordable even to people that otherwise could not be able to stay at home while having the other treatments.

I discovered that I had Hepatitis C over 40 years ago, but the treatments available at the time and over the subsequent years were not successful in eradicating the virus. However, with new drugs becoming available in the past decade, and the wonderful service provided by the FixHepC Buyers Club, I was able to become HepC-free in 2016 at a price that was miniscule compared with the cost of having to import drugs from the US at a time they weren't available through the public health system in New Zealand. I had a very good experience with FixHepCBuyers Club. After unsuccessful treatment with the old medicines, I ordered Sofosbuvir and Velpatasvir from Fixhep. The order, with a doctor's certificate was easy and it was delivered quickly. After the therapy, my blood values have been normal again for years, Hep C is no longer active and undetectable.

Very early on in the pandemic I ordered a medicine from this company, FixRx (I live in the U.K.). Shortly after making the order, information became available that meant I needed to cancel the order. The company were helpful and tried to stop the package from being posted; at first it seemed this would be possible but it turned out it was just too late, and the package had been processed and was on its way. It arrived with me in the U.K. only days later.

Knowing I wanted to cancel the order and that I’d been so close to cancelling it in time, the company initially offered the solution that I could forward my order on to another customer in Europe, and receive a refund (seeing as long haul rapid international shipping costs were prohibitive). Then the company offered me a really decent and trusting thing ~ they gave me the entire refund in full, while I was still in possession of the product.

In the end they never asked me to forward it to another customer (I kept it ready in case they asked me to). They made sure I was fully reimbursed which made all the difference to me at that point in the pandemic when things were tough in full lockdown.

I can honestly say they had refreshing integrity, customer care and decency. Customer experience like this is really rare these days!
