Flambard Williams Reviews

Great service and expertise without the hard sell of most competitors

A very professional company providing good investment opportunities.

Was good to speak to a company who understood my needs and helped me from start to finish, Tosan and the team were especially helpful.
Would recommend!

Very good at what they do from start to finish 😊

Very Helpful from start to finish with no pressure to make quick decision . Answered all our questions in detail and with patience and happy to discuss the project in detail . Hope to do further deals .

I have just exchanged contracts on my first two investment properties. Charleigh Cooper, who was my first point of contact at FW, was helpful, knowledgeable & friendly. Nothing was too much trouble & she was always available to answer any questions that I had both out of hours or over the weekend.

I would highly recommend Charleigh & the team at FW especially if, like me, you are a novice in the world of buy to let / property investment.

Jamie was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He was very patient to explain my any questions. I am so happy with my purchase. Many thanks!

Just purchased and exchanged on a property in Manchester. The team at Flambard Williams not only calmly explained and educated me on the buy to let market and the areas where to invest, but their knowledge of Brexit and potential advantages and disadvantages was very insightful.

The after sales side of things was also an asset and I was walked through the full process. Will definitely be using them again and recommending them.

Thanks to all

Flambard and by extension Charleigh come extremely and well recommended by me. Their sense of ownership is legendary and very commendable.

Got some great advice from Flambard Williams. They were always available to help me through the process and to answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone.

I have dealt with Charleigh in my recent purchase of property for rent. I have found her very helpful, answered my queries and explained to me step by step how the processes works. She replies to my emails straight away including out of hrs.I have found her very professional and trustworthy. Thanks Charleigh.

I came across Charleigh few years ago when I bought my first property. She was and always helpful, honest and helped me through the process of buying my previous properties. I totally recommend Flambard williams.

I first got into contact with Jack back in April and my overall experience with himself and Flambard Williams has been fantastic. I very much came into the industry as a novice with very little knowledge, and within a very short period with the help of Jack and the team, I have successful built up my portfolio and have a strategy in place for the next 5-10 years.
Jack has always been at the end of the phone to answer any questions or concerns that I have had, and I have had a lot! The level of support and generally customer service has been far and beyond to what I received elsewhere and I am glad that I choose Flambard Williams has my investment partner.

I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking about Investing.

My experience with Flambard Williams has been the easiest property purchase to date. Charleigh Cooper listened to my needs and helped me with the whole process. They liased with my solicitor to ensure everything went smoothly. I have visited my apartment since and am happy with the furnishing and decoration.

I always found the staff at Flambard Williams very helpful and ready to explain everything to me throughout the whole transaction process. Chris, the Director, was always approachable. I would definitely recommend this company.

Historically, I’ve hated dealing with estate agents so I was dreading the process of selling my house but Flambard Williams made it a smooth and hassle free process. My agent, Elliot, was really friendly (not like most estate agents) and patient with my silly questions! He kept me updated throughout the process and I didn’t have to chase him for information. I couldn’t recommend Flambard Williams more - and they’re really cheap too! Thank you so much guys.

Excellent support on offering options for buy to let with special thanks to Niro for his help.

I've dealt pretty much throughout with Ben Harding (Senior Property Investment Broker), who I've found to be honest, efficient and incredibly helpful. Nothing has been too much trouble for him and I'd recommend Flambard Williams without hesitation.

Ben Harding has been very helpful and cooperative throughout the process. I was glad to have been engaged with him from the initial stage, his collaboration and transparency as well as friendliness have all made it a positive experience so far.

Excellent tailored customer services and very help advice during property purchase process.
