False Advertising
I purchased datacenter proxies, but upon testing, I discovered that they did not provide the advertised 5,000+ IPs; in reality, there were fewer than 2,000. This constitutes severe false advertising. Furthermore, the IP ranges were identical to those offered by two another vendor, yet the price was even higher—and, naturally, I was unable to obtain a refund.

The reviews above are accurate and represent my own conclusions based on a personal, self-funded trial of the product.
Subsequently, the merchant responded to my review, stating they would issue a refund. However, when I reached out to customer service, I was met with nothing but insults; they claimed I had left a negative review prematurely and refused to provide any refund.
This was, in fact, the outcome I had anticipated all along: the merchant simply uses terms and conditions to dismiss your claims, rather than honestly addressing the quality of their products or their deceptive advertising practices.

Regarding the refund, we did in fact offer a refund, which is clearly visible in the screenshot we have provided as documentation of our support conversation. We always aim to resolve issues fairly and transparently when something does not meet a customer’s expectations ( https://prnt.sc/gs01pxe2TxgW ).
About the datacenter locations and performance, our offer is based on the ranges, locations, and capacity available at the time of purchase. Sometimes stock, routing, or infrastructure constraints mean that the exact mix may differ slightly from the example or peak values shown in marketing material, but in those cases we always aim to deliver an equivalent or better-performing solution, and we are happy to issue a refund if the service is not as expected.
Regarding IP ranges, it is normal in this industry for different providers to have overlapping or even identical ranges, since many source connectivity from the same upstream networks and data centers. In our case, we operate our own infrastructure and IP space, but we also have several resellers who buy capacity from us at wholesale rates and may undercut our pricing while using similar or identical ranges, which explains why the same IPs can appear across multiple services.
We have also noticed that this profile has recently left a series of 1-star reviews for many different proxy providers in a short period of time, which we believe is relevant context when assessing this review. Patterns like this can be indicative of non-genuine or biased reviewing behavior under Trustpilot’s guidelines, and we are happy to cooperate with any further checks or documentation requests.
Nonetheless, we remain fully available to help resolve any legitimate issues directly and encourage the reviewer to contact our support so we can assist further.
