Time line wasn’t spectacular
I ordered one of these and it got lost in shipping so I had wait over a month by the time they got a new one ordered and sent. It was inconvenient and I wanted it for a certain event and starting to get too cold outside to wear it as a jacket by the time it arrived. They wouldn’t issue a refund or discount for the inconvenience. They also do not have a phone number to call, only email which I thought was a little strange

After their investigation, it was confirmed that the parcel was lost in transit. Regarding the shipping time, our standard delivery is usually 7–15 business days, and we’re constantly working on ways to make it faster so your orders reach you sooner.
As for the sizing, our flannels are based on U.S. standard sizes. Since everyone’s body shape is a bit different, there can be variations like you mentioned. We’ll also keep looking for ways to improve sizing guidance to make things even better for our customers.

I LOVE this flannel! I got the dark gray in S. It has dark black lines on it and it's slightly navy looking to me but I don't mind that. I love the warmth of it, the sharpness looks classy and I’m very happy with it! I have the mustard tan one as well and I’m thinking about getting the green one. I would recommend it!

It seems like a high quality jacket, Soft and heavy. It took longer to get than they said and the tracking was not good because I did not get the app. But when I reached out via email I got a response within a few hours and could tell I was dealing with an actual human.

The material and quality seems really nice, however the style of the particular shirt I won isn't really something I would normally wear. That being said, I have seen many nice styles on their website so I would be confident to purchase from FlannelGo in the future.

I purchased an expensive swimming…
I purchased an expensive swimming costume ahead of my holiday
I wore it twice on holiday and the second time the under wire was sticking into me and I realised it had escaped the stitching on one side and was about to do the same on the other side. luckily I had a cheap alternative which I worse all the time!
On my return home I finally worked out how to make a complaint- not made easy! Filled in a form, uploaded a photo.
I got a reply apologising and asking for more photos
I uploaded those and got told my complaint was more than 6 months from purchase date so they can do nothing more for me. I should get an independent person to verify manufacturing problem and submit this report!! What?
Georgia the customer services rep is definitely of the ‘computer says no’ type and that is that £111 and 2 uses, second time quite uncomfortable

These shirts are made of really great quality material. They fit exactly right. The back of the shirt could be a little longer. But it is OK. I would recommend them to everyone. It is great to be able to buy a flannel shirt like you could in the old days.
