Order not received and can’t get in touch for refund.
I ordered items on the 8th of May and no items have been delivered, I keep getting emails telling me to rate the product and I keep having to click the option saying they haven’t arrived; I get nothing in response. I’ve tried going onto their website to get in touch with them, but it keeps saying the website is down. I hope I haven’t been scammed.

Order took a month to arrive
Order took a month to arrive. Unresponsive customer service. One item missing and no refund provided despite requesting this, as I’m entitled. All of the items were short dated which wasn’t advertised. Honestly, don’t waste your time.

Scam website!!!
Scam website it seems.
Placed an order a week ago and no further communication.
Chased up via email and no response.
Have had to open up a case with PayPal for a refund but have lost out on delivery fee.
If you look on companies house it says the company has been dissolved but it looks like the website hasn’t been taken down.

Fantastic service and great products
Fantastic service and great products. I have been using this company for a while now and delivery and service is great. It's nice to be able to support a small business. The only issue is sometimes they don't have stock of the NOMO 38g bars but all other products are normally available.
