We love Flashbay! My organization orders over 100 branded water bottles every year. They are printed perfectly, great quality. Customer service and communication is always on point, and shipping is very fast. I definitely recommend them!

Honestly, the experience was fantastic from the start. I had a tight deadline to meet for an upcoming tradeshow. I sent off some quotes and left for lunch, 10 mins later Matt K called me to discuss my request. By the time I got back from my lunch break I had both proofs and quotes in my inbox. I took a day to review other quotations and Flashbays was by far the cheapest, with the quickest turn around. I wasn't expecting these items for another few days, yet I received them yesterday and am alright writing the review, lol AWESOME!

I think what really made me happy, was when I requested to confirm the order and sent revised artwork for the order Matt called me shortly after saying they had revised and sent a new proof. He noted, they would send a 3rd proof to ensure our logo didn't interfere with movement on the flashdrive we ordered. Great service, great leadtimes, great options just all around great. Massive shout out to Matt Kusanovich, we very much appreciated your assistance!

Initially received a quote that was higher than the competitors. Olivia Gordet phoned to follow up on the quote, and after I told her we found a product from another vendor at a much lower price, she managed to bring her quote down significantly. We just received our order and it is way better than what we would have gotten from the other vendor (our company name was not only printed but also engraved into the product which no other vendor offered). Olivia has followed up consistently all the way through the order process and has been very helpful.
