Love this company so much I had to give them a 1 star. Paid for a c5pro in April expecting it to be shipped by Air first week in May. Nothing. Not even a email that wasnt a cut and pace. Then they send me a email asking for me to review them. I haven't even got a shipping notification yet. IM now seeing that people are getting email quoting end of July despatch and then it up to 10days to get here. Joke of a company and will.never buy from them again

I pre-ordered the FlashForge Creator 5 and, like many customers, found myself eager for shipping updates. Every time I’ve reached out to FlashForge’s customer service team with questions about my order status, they’ve responded promptly and with genuinely helpful information. They’ve been transparent about where things stand, even when the timeline isn’t fully certain yet.

It’s rare to feel this well taken care of during the waiting period for a pre-ordered product. The team has made the experience much less stressful, and that kind of proactive, friendly communication goes a long way. Really appreciate the effort — can’t wait to get the printer in hand!

Brand new Flashforge adv5m pro, takes more time a day keeping it connected than it prints. At this point 2 days of trying to get it to connect and all flashforge says is "keep trying"!

UPS lost my pack package and flash forge, made it right? The sent a new product and I can't say enough about them. They are pretty awesome!

What a waste of time buying the Creator 5! I have received no communication for over a month, and then received no response after requesting a refund. I then had to do a chargeback from my bank to get anywhere. AVOID!!!

The response was so fast and satisfying.

They could earn my trust

This is the second Flashforge printer I have had screen issues with (adventurer 5m and AD5X) , the first one was replaced by Amazon as Flashforge couldn’t fix after 8 weeks of trying, they chose to ignore me instead.
The replacement has exactly the same issue a week after starting to use. I only chose another Flashforge because I have nozzles and filament to use. In my experience once there is an issue Flashforge not equipped or committed to fixing.

With technology, you expect some issues but I cannot work with a company that;
1. Take up to two weeks to send replacement parts, delivery extra.
2. Send 2 replacement motherboards with no MAC address, so don’t work.
3. Have me taking the printer apart to fix, using a hairdryer to soften glue to replace parts.
4. Asking me to remove firewalls on my laptop to download software updates identified a harmful.

I wished I’d have viewed Trust Pilot before purchasing as many of the issues I have encountered were raised by others!!!

I have had a Flashforge AD5M for over 2 years now with 0 issues. Highly recommend

Drucker Ok.. Software billiger Bambu-Abklatsch, ständig Probleme. Es Interessiert mich nicht warum etwas nicht geht sondern.. Software , finde eine Lösung. Der Rest ist mir egal!
Das schaffen andere Hersteller besser!!!

I brought a AD5X printer less than 6 months ago, worked great to start with but all the software now has to be updated to allow it to work and none of the updates provide by Flashforge work. This now means I cannot use my printer. I have tried three times to contact them but have not received a single reply. Terrible service, I would look elsewhere.

I currently have the Adventurer 5M Pro. It was very easy to setup and get it up and printing. I’m looking to upgrade and customer support has been super helpful and quick answering my questions

Just received a brand new Creator 5 printer from Flashforge. It errored on the first print.

Tried again, same error. Tried a different model with different filaments, it errored again - same error!.

Seems to error in the same place all the time with the same error message: "Extruder Mount MCU communication lost. Paused".

Once it does this, it is essentially dead in the water. This has happened three times on every print I try

Their tech support sent me a picture of the inside of the extruder and asked me to make sure the gear is aligned properly. This is a joke. I paid over $700 FOR THIS PRINTER AND IT IS 5 HOURS OLD, FAILING, AND THEY WANT ME TO TAKE IT APART.

Pictures sent show it apart with no instructions on how to take it apart, what screws to remove, or anything else. They are truly a JOKE. Anyway, this is NOT HAPPENING!!!

On the first two tries, it printed beautifully for 4-5 hours before the error and dying. On the third try, it errored after 1 hour.

This printer has 4 print heads. On the first two tries, it errored with the SECOND print head engaged. On this last try, it errored with the FIRST print head engaged.

ESSENTIALLY. NO TECHNICAL SUPPORT!!!

Preferred solution: Send me a replacement by FEDEX Overnight

User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY ANY FLASHFORGE PRODUCTS!!!

I placed the order for the new FlashForge Creator 5 Pro on April 20th, with the notice that the printer would ship the first week of May. Since that week, I have reached out multiple times and everytime I keep getting told it will ship next week. Also they did not advise that shipping will be between 30 and 40 days. There has been a lot of misinformation about this release and lack of details about the process. The only compensation I was offered was a $5 in store credit for these issues and the delays. Very poor customer service.

Always quick to respond and help unlike most 3d printer companies. And real people instead of some AI bot.

Very user friendly especially for beginners and easy to use and customer service was very helpful

Flashforge team is very professional and supportive.
They are proposing the solutions and following up with us.

Prometieron un descuento de 150 € por una reserva, pero redujeron el ahorro real a 50 € al inflar el precio base frente a la oferta pública. Además, han cancelado unilateralmente mi contrato devolviendo el depósito a la fuerza e inventando plazos límite falsos que no existían cuando pagué el 24 de marzo. Flashforge customer service has engaged in misleading advertising, price manipulation, and unfair commercial practices. They promised a €150 reservation discount but reduced the real savings to just €50 by inflating the base price compared to the public offer. Furthermore, they unilaterally canceled my contract by forcing a refund of my deposit and inventing fake deadlines that did not exist when I paid on March 24th. This case has been officially reported to the European Union Consumer Protection Authorities under Case File ID: ECCES-80834.
