Scam. I've emailed but still waiting for a reply. It started with a 1.49 EUR charge in February and from March up until now I've been charged 34.90 EUR monthly. No idea what this was for, can't find any email linked to the initial transaction. Can't unsubscribe on their website because none of my email addresses are recognised- I've seen other people complain about this happening so it wasn't a typo on my part.

This is an absolute scam. I have never subscribed for anything or ever applied for a UK visa. Yet, for a second month in a roll I have been charged for nothing. They are simply taking EUR 34,90 from my bank account. And, of course, they do not respond by their email address, which is also a scam. The police authorities in Germany are already on their way.

Queremos aclarar que no somos estafadores. Nuestro servicio incluye una período de prueba, precisamente para que los usuarios puedan probar la plataforma antes de cualquier compromiso. La cancelación es posible dentro de ese período y no se realiza ningún envío ni cobro definitivo sin activación del servicio.

Es un fraude. Te cobran 34,90 Euros al mes por un servicio de cuenta premium que no me preguntaron si quería.
Al mandar el email para rellenar el formulario de cancelación da error.
Mucho cuidado.

Ich bin auch in die Falle getappt. Wollte nur ein ETA Visa für Großbritannien haben. Dieses habe ich auch nicht bekommen. Jetzt weiß ich nicht wie ich hier wieder heraus komme. Sie wollen jeden Monat 35€ abbuchen. Schrecklich

CUIDADO CON ESTA WEB Y EL SERVICIO DEL ETA PARA VIAJAR A UK.
Parece que es la web que gestiona la solicitud del ETA, pero nada más lejos de la realidad. Lo peor es que ni siquiera te dan el servicio, porque ya que te cobran por algo, lo mínimo es dar el servicio, de lo contrario se llama Estafa. Te hacen mandar los datos del pasaporte, foto, etc, y por supuesto te piden tarjeta para realizar el pago. Te cobran 21€ y al cabo de 72 horas estás suscrito a un servicio premium en el que te cargan 34€ cada mes!!!!!!! Esto es una estafa, no lo contraten o si lo hacen que sepan lo que están contratando. Me ha tocado bloquear tarjetas bancarias y anular todos los contratos bancarios por culpa de esta web. Mucho cuidado. Aprovechando que han contestado mí comentario para añadir que por suerte mi banco consideró la web como fraudulenta y rechazó el pago, a pesar de ello he tenido que dar de baja todas las tarjetas para una mayor seguridad. A los demás afectados, La Policía Nacional me recomendó que comunicara este tipo de páginas en el INCIBE, abran una queja en este organismo a ver si conseguimos parar este tipo de webs.

Es una estafa
Es una estafa, no te entregan ningun visado y además de cobrarte los 21 euros después te das cuenta que has fiemado una suscripcion de 34 euros al mes, perdí lo 21 euros y tuve que dar de baja la targeta para que no me siguieran cobrando. No entiendo como siendo una estafa sigue en la red sin que nadie haga nada.
