Great price and speedy delivery
Great price and speedy delivery. Picked up a 24sqm kit for the price of a 15sqm kit from other providers. Had a 15sqm roof to do so it gave me plenty of spare resin, catalyst and top coat so did not have to worry about not having enough materials. Trims were also great quality and well packed with the ends protected so no worries of damages.
Only thing I would suggest to them is in the tool kit for an DIY'er like me is to add in a syringe or a small measuring cup/cylinder for dosing the catalyst.

They stayed available for several minutes, checking their stock and actually found the part I was looking for - they even slashed the delivery cost by 50%. I expected a long delay because of that reduction, but no, the part was delivered on the next working day. Excellent!

I had to shop about a fair bit for the low pitch tiles I needed.
Lots of places weren’t stocking them and All flat roofing supplies seemed to be the best price around including delivery.
Communication was good and the pallet service used was great.
I was informed regularly of where the delivery was and what time it was arriving.
I must admit there was an oversight on my part where we needed a forklift to offload at our end but that was overcome with some helpful neighbours and family members… and a patient delivery driver.
I thought the tail lift on the truck would have lowered the pallet to the ground and a pallet truck would roll into the drive.
Unfortunately the weight of the tiles were more than the tail lift could handle.
(It was stated In the Ts and Cs that the customer is responsible for mechanical offloading where pallets are ordered) however I missed that bit when I placed my order. 🤦♂️
We had a fair few breakages in transit but I don’t think it was over the 10% which is what they advise against.
Overall very happy and would use again.

The pallet should normally have been unloaded using the tail lift and pallet pump truck. Not sure why the driver did not do so as the pallets are loaded by weight for this procedure.
