SCAM! Order placed 3 weeks ago and hasn't shipped. zero response. The 'worry-free delivery' upcharge from a company named Seel is also a scam as it only provides coverage once the item ships. If it hasn't shipped, there is ZERO COVERAGE.I wish I would have checked the reviews before ordering

Fleet Heritage is one store I will never shop at again. They have poor customer service. The quality of the product is low-grade and takes 30 days to get your shoes if you get them. You are charged for a shipping fee for safe delivery, and that is a scam just to collect enough of these small fees from clients to add up. Place is a complete sham of a scam, do not support them!!!

Please do not order from this company! I ordered 3 pairs of shoes in early June. For about 2 weeks I had no communication--no tracking info, etc. I contacted them and they told me it is usually about 2 weeks from order to shipment. Fair enough. Several days later I contacted them again, and was told that my order was being prepared for delivery. Again, I waited several days and was told that the order had shipped, but I received no tracking info. I finally received 2 pairs of shoes-, neither of which fit and the quality was poor. I contacted the company about returns and was told to send pictures of the shoes and details about what was wrong. I did this. Then I received a response indicating that they would refund me 10% of the purchase proce and I could keep the shoes. I told them I wanted to return them. They responded by offering a 20% refund , $18 USD, and I could keep the shoes. ($18 was only a refund on the 2 pairs, not the 3 that I purchased.) If I wanted to return the shoes, it would be at my own expense to an address in rural China, which would have cost more to ship than the shoes cost! So I spent $130, received 2 pairs of low-quality shoes and was refunded $18. I'm mostly angry at myself for falling for this scam!

Horrible, cheap quality. Shoes so cheap they aren't even shipped in a box. They just arrive in a plastic bag.
I couldn't even put them on easily. And cannot walk in them. My feet slide inward and can't even walk in them.
Do not buy from this company. It's a scam.

I ordered, paid, insured, waited several months and never delivered. Contact seller, they said to contact the independent carrier. The carrier said not us, see the seller. The seller says see the carrier for help. Around and around. Thieves period. Do not deal with these criminals.

The product they shipped was terrible quality and the way they packaged it caused it to be useless. They offered 20% credit or I could ship it back to China at my expense. If you take whatever money you plan to spend at this company and just light it on fire you can get some warmth out of it, which is far better than putting the product in a landfill. Better to waste money elsewhere.

The shoes took more than a month to arrive, they were poorly packaged in plastic wrap (no boxes), and most important, there was no arch support as had been advertised. The materials were cheap and the workmanship shoddy. Worse, the return policy is a joke. Although they say "satisfaction guaranteed" and make no mention that they are located in China and the shoes ship from Shanghai, once the Returns page can be located on the site, the fine print says customers are responsible for return costs. AVOID! This is a rip-off company and you will be sorry.

Dear Customers I did receive my order from fleet heritage. However I would not recommend purchasing items from them. There process has no fail safe for the consumer to depend on no phone no way to contact them directly I was not the best experience items where also somewhat not what was expected

I ordered sandals 7 weeks ago. Still not here. I have a tracking number but it doesn’t say where my shoes are at. I am so flustered.

Ordered and paid. Never received interesting entry mat and can get no contact from company.

I ordered interesting floormat from Fleetheritage, a Chinese retailer, paid by PayPal, I never received it. They send USPS tracking number that was stolen from another USPS package. I contacted them they claim that package was delivered. These people are crooks and liars. PayPal did not want to do anything to reimburse my account.
