Easy, clean, good clinic!
After a silly accident abroad, I needed some surgical staples removed from a wound. Booked online, and this clinic fitted me in, same day, no fuss for a small fee. Everyone I spoke to was bright, professional and caring. Great experience

First rate experience
I had been feeling ill for a while but I knew I couldn’t get an appointment with my nhs GP and if I did they wouldn’t have the ability to do the right investigations quickly enough. I got an appointment on the same day at The Fleet Street Clinic and the staff were all very friendly and professional. After running tests I was quickly diagnosed with an infection and given the correct antibiotics for the particular type of infection I had. I was so relieved and very grateful to the Doctor for making me better.

Easy to use website with plenty of information regarding products/services offered. Simple to book an appointment online and receive an email confirmation. Polite staff at clinic, appointment ran on time, full information given at time of appointment with chance to ask any questions.
Overall very happy with the service I received, and will definitely return in the future and recommend.

Awful service I had a horrid allergic reaction I wasn’t informed of the side effects of the rabies vaccine and nobody even called me back after I said I am not well and am having a very adverse reaction. Poor duty of care for a private clinic

The entire service is quite remarkable- from the charming and courteous and helpful reception team to the wonderful attention from the medical team (Sally Roxborough), the dental team (Pilar and her assistant) to the nursing practitioner.
I feel privileged to have such a marvellous service to access.

An excellent, efficient and affordable service - they explained everything in detail and were also quickly available for follow-up questions - plus a friendly team (only one of the receptionists could smile a bit more :)).

Prompt appointment, great service, good price
Prompt appointment, efficient communications, friendly and competent reception staff, thorough, charming and helpful GP. A reasonable price for the convenience. Altogether a Rolls Royce sort of service which I would use in preference to my NHS GP whenever I was in any way pressed for time.

The service is superb. I've been coming here for years for multiple vaccinations for all over the world and they never disappoint. Jade assisted last time and she was excellent, providing insight and their records are great.
