Flexibility Capital Reviews

Ryan Kelly made the process quick and easy..

Gordon was more than professional and very helpful throughout the entire process. He will work wirh you until you find what you want. I will definitely recommend him and the services they provide to other people looking to fund their dreams.

Nick and Gordon are really kind people to work with and they are very efficient!

Flexibility Capital is the worst MCA I’ve dealt with. Debits will still show in bank statements but not in their ledger and then claim “default,” and quickly sends your account to a third-party collection agency- claiming a higher balance than what you actually owe.

When you compare their ledger to actual bank statements, it doesn’t match. The numbers are inflated and false. Bottom line: the math doesn’t math, and SMBs get squeezed with pressure tactics and extra demands. I advised them I hired legal counsel and they filed suit against me as soon as I could. Proceed with extreme caution and document everything.

See you in court!

Michelle and Ben were efficient and easy to work with. This was our first time to source funding and the guidance through the process, response time when we had questions and communication were phenomenal!

Jaren was amazing..... he helped me get the funds needed for my health care business!! I highly recommend him for sure! Awesome customer service too! Thank you!

I had a great experience working with this funding company. The process was clear, communication was consistent, and they followed through exactly as promised. Funding was handled professionally and in a timely manner, which made a big difference for my business. I appreciate the transparency and support throughout the process and would recommend them to anyone seeking business funding.

Good Communication. Took time to answer questions and not make me feel like I was bothering them or without knowledge.

I went through all that was required. I gave, bank statements, access to my bank account which was verified, photo id, picture, social security and was told I was approved for $7500. Signed all the forms for the capital. The next day (this morning 12/11) I called and was told I was not approved through another agent. The loan officer Jaren went ghost this morning without explanation. Apparently he went on vacation and did not have the courtesy or customer service skills to tell me what happened. Whether this was legitimate disapproval or not, it would have been great customer to explain to me why I was not notified of this change.

Ryan Kelly, thank you so much for your help and dedication, you are the best.

Ryan Kelly was great in responding to my msgs and explained what was needed to help me better understand the process, thanks again Ryan.

Avi Shalom was such a great help and support when I applied for my first small business loan. He was attentive, walked me through the process, and called at each step of the way clarifying my questions. Thank you for your help and work- I recommend this company!

had a great experience with Avi. Excellent customer service—he guided me through the entire process and made everything smooth yet very informative. Truly professional.

So nice working with this company

I want to thank Zach and Brendan for helping me with my loan. They were hands-on from the beginning until the end. They explained everything to me step by step and made sure I understood what was happening.

They worked hard, and in just a matter of 2 days, they got me approved for a good offer. I really appreciate your support through the whole process. Thank you so much. I’m very grateful for your help. I highly recommend this team.

This is Shabana Khan. I’m recently contacted with Flexibility Capital Team regarding my financial needs. Avi Shalom was being assigned to help me out to get the funds I needed. He is so prompt and professional, a very detailed person, easy to communicate and well informed about the services he can help me with. He made the whole process very clear and smooth and in just three days I was able to get funds immediately. A very heartfelt thank you to Avi and the whole team of FC. Thank you

I've worked with Ryan over many calls to get all my information together. He calls back when he sets up a time. Very diligent and professional. He now has all the info to proceed to the under writers. Wish me luck.
