Patrick - Super helpful support. I got my issue quickly resolved over a short call. You have a set up an high expectation bar for me on expected support.

When one of my desk legs wasn't moving properly, I reached out to Flexispot support. Romica (agent) was super helpful and sent over a YouTube troubleshooting video right away. They were very encouraging and made it clear that I could reach back out if it didn't solve the problem. The guide worked perfectly, and my desk is fully functional again. Great communication and fast resolutions!

I placed the order on November 12th for Black Friday (watch out for those “great deals” — the checkout was throwing errors, which was already suspicious), and after more than a month I am still missing one of the packages needed to assemble the desk.

The first two packages arrived on time, but this last one was not properly tracked and I was told that the shipment was “lost”. Curiously, my account on your website shows the order as completed, which is absolutely false.

After several emails with different people, I am still waiting for the item, while excuses keep coming and the delivery keeps being delayed. At this point, once I finally receive everything, I can only hope that none of the packages are defective and that I can actually assemble the desk at last.

Ordered an item and was told it would ship on 11/28 (their website listed that as the shipping date).

11/28 came and the website changed to Jan 2026. Knead Ann from the chat said that it was "first come first serve" and although my order now said 11/29 said that was wrong and it would ship two months later (!)

This company is a scam and I do not recommend buying from them. Avoid at all costs.

We ordered the cheaper desk they had on sale for my wife home office (E2-pro). It was highy recommanded.
Assemly was easy enough, the videos online were very helpful.
Unfortunately, in our affort to save money, we picked a desk with a vertical range that did not go low enough for a good seating postion. (28" lowest position)
We contacted Flexidesk and they promptly arranged for us to replace the frame and pay only the difference in the frame price.
The mistake was ours but they were very understanding and helped us.
Cntacting customer support via email was fine. Replies were usually within the same day or the day after.
The new one (E7) arrived very quickly (2 days only!). Just as easy to assemble and VERY sturdy and smooth. My wife loves it!

After a long and thorough search I chose FlexiSpot and my experience has been excellent. First, the products (E7Q Odin with dark bamboo top and the subsequent purchase of the E7-Pro frame put under a repurposed Ikea desk top) are exceptionally built and sturdy - which was my main worry going into this first standup desk purchase.
Packaging was minimalistic, which I appreciate, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow and installation of the two desks took little time for me doing it alone.
I did contact customer service by phone and by email and they responded in a reasonable timeframe and were attentive to my requests. I'm missing a power strip which is on backlog. I dealt with several people there including P***** who contacted me on Christmas Day, which was more than I could ever have expected.
I've been using it every day since and can see why FlexiSpot can offer long warranties. The product is solid, smooth and makes very little noise adjusting to height changes. At the highest level both desks are safe and sturdy.
My experience may be different than others but I would not hesitate to recommend their desk products or worry about their support.

Ordered an OC3 chair, grey colour. I got an order confirmation email, and checked their website and my order appeared there as well, but said there was no shipping information to show.

The shipping confirmation email said it was being shipped by Fedex ground, I put the tracking information from the email into Fedex's website and they said it was not a valid tracking number. I clicked "track my order" in the email which brought, and entering all my info there resulted in an error saying order did not exist. I used google and found a different link to the order tracking page, and there it gave me the same tracking number and still told me it was shipped by Fedex ground.

I ended up calling them and they told me it was shipped by UPS instead, which explains the delivery slip in my mail from UPS that I received last night telling me I needed to pick up at the UPS store. I put the tracking number into UPS's website instead and sure enough it showed me the correct shipping information.

If calculated by when I got the delivery notification, shipping time was 3 days, which was the fastest within their 3-5 day shipping estimate for Ontario, so no complaints there.

But based on the only other review on here so far, there's clearly something wrong with their internal systems in terms of managing shipping info.

I will update this review later with my experience with the quality of the chair, and their support experience if I end up needing any support. If it's decent enough I'll bump this up to 4 stars.

Do keep in mind when ordering from Flexispot that their return policy includes a restocking fee if you aren't returning in near-perfect condition with original packaging. They also appear to sell through Amazon so I'd probably recommend ordering through there unless Flexispot is offering a discount on their website only, since Amazon would probably give you a better return experience if anything goes wrong.

Edit: I've gotten the chair, and will not be bumping up by a star. I'd rate the chair itself 3 stars as well, due to design issues with the tilt/tilt locking. Quality of materials and manufacturing are great though.

worst customer service ever. I requested the change of address 5 mins after my order. they said they made the change. Unfortunately Fedex did not get the change of address and the package delivered to a wrong place. I asked for refund due to I did not get my order. And they did not refund my order. So I have to report fraud on package not delivered and they did nothing about it to change the address to the correct one after the package did not get delivered properly by fedex.
