Flight Insiders Reviews

I've been working with Yury Botvinik for many years and Flight Insiders is lucky to have him as part of the team. Yury is always so prompt and has so much knowledge - I am happy to stick with Yury now that he is a member of the Flight Insiders group.

Have dealt with Yury Botvinnik for nearly 3 decades. A superb consolidator that always puts the clients needs at the top of the list.

Exceptional customer service. Rapid, usually real time, response either by email or phone. We use them almost exclusively for leisure travel for what I call “big trips” three or four times a year (we’re retired) and have never been disappointed. Europe, Asia, Middle East, they have taken care of us (sometimes with our two adult daughters) for more than six years now.

They were always available and helpful

Seamless service. White glove as always.

Yury at flight insiders always gets us a great deal and is very responsive.

Yuri was right on top of glitches in our trip that included a storm that caused a missed connection, an expired visa, and other problems. He got us all the help we needed, quickly, cheerfully and warmly.

Great trip...thanks for the ease of booking and great pricing

Got me a great price on two seats for an international flight!

Amazing , will use again

Yury was very responsive and professional in making sure that all of our flights were booked at the best possible times. Very much looking forward to working with him again in the future.

Yury is always amazing for finding us the best deals and to support us if something goes wrong during our trip. A+ have been doing business with them for several years and much more to come

Yury is on it. He worked on a last min flight change through the night for me and got me a great deal on a biz class flight home from Tokyo. I’ll be getting my tickets from him next year for Japan. I was lightly skeptical on the legitimacy of this as it went through my girlfriend etc but all good 👍

Very responsive to my needs and got me a great discount in a very short period of time!

Done quickly. Got us a good price, and good seat assignments. Timely follow up.

Yury Botvinnik did a great job.

Service, knowledge of staff member

Yuri is so responsive, he provided me with flights that exactly met my request and requirements - there was no need to go backwards and forwards with negotiation - it was a seamless experience.

All good as always looking forward to next trip in December
