For almost 3 years Flightright GmbH have been "trying to get" the 600 Euros that is statutorily due to me from Air France because when my 10.10 am flight to the uk was not available, I was dumped in Charles DE Gaulle Airport until after 10.00 pm. POSSIBLY EVEN NEXT DAY (SO LONG AGO I CANNOT REMEMBER)
My most recent email to them headed"Re: Fw: Fw:323447 Anderson" where 323447 is the case number they gave me, resulted in a reply requesting my case number.
When I tried to leave them, they said even if I won the case, I would still have to pay them for instructing legal counsel, and any other expenses they may have incurred over the years of achieving nothing,
It seems to me that if I have a statutory entitlement, I already have a statutory entitlement, and there is no need to go into much detail beyond the facts which brought about the statutory entitlement
DO NOT FALL INTO THIER TRAP, As I have done, avoid at all costs

Flightright is SCAM company! All of the reviews posted daily here, say how quick everything is and how professional they are! SCAM!

We have signed up with flightright in 2019!!! our case was won in court in 2021! it's 2025 AND WE HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED COMPENSATION! Case number 1544023! So they say it's NORMAL to wait 4 years and we need to wait a bit longer (?!!!) yet ALL OF THE REVIEWS THEY POST ARE ALL ABOUT HOW QUICK IT IS WITH FLIGHTRIGHT AS IT'S ALWAYS RESOLVED IN A FEW MONTHS NOT A SINGLE REVIEW WHERE IT SAYS IT TOOK THEM YEARS, IN OUR CASE IT'S SINCE 2019!! 6 YEARS!!

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM!!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!

As you are well aware, the case has been in Italian court since 2019, and since 2021 we have been waiting for the payment from the airline, which must go through the responsible court. Although incredibly inconvenient, we understand that sometimes, legal proceedings of this nature take longer to be resolved, as is the case in this matter. It is due to waiting times in court, to the airline's delays regarding payment, among a myriad of other reasons. Of course, we continue monitoring your case, and expecting any news in the upcoming months regarding the compensation you are entitled to, and for which we received a positive ruling.

Nicht fragen, bloß wundern.....

Ich habe Flight Rights beauftragt, habe mein Geld dann selbst bei der Fluggesellschaft eingetrieben. Habe die Gebühr für meine eigene Arbeit bei Flight Rights bezahlt.

Heute bekomme ich eine E-Mail von Flight Rights mit folgendem Text:
" unsere Vertragsanwälte haben ein anwaltliches Schreiben an die Fluggesellschaft versendet. Darin wurde die Fluggesellschaft erneut zu der Zahlung von 0,00 € aufgefordert."

Wow, nachher wollen die von mir noch mal einen Zahlung über 0,00 €uro........
