Ive brought tickets from London to Islamabad in February through online platform.
Trevelup was the cheapest on flightfinder Web page so I purchased two tickets and paid money in full.
And they send me my etickets via email great!¡!!
So from last month airline company Qatar Airways cancelled their some return flights and unfortunately I get the massage to re schedule or refund.
So I tried to get intouch with travelup via their customer services number i was waiting over hour and half and phone got cut off.
Then I've tried to get intouch with airline direct and they services was excellent 👌
They offer me free of charge return flight same day but slightly early then original time because I booked through the agent they were unable to make any changes so they advise me to get intouch with travel up.
Ive then email travelup with all the flight details were giving by Qatar Airways and ask them to get intouch and been waiting for their response but after 5 days no one bother to come back to me so again I've start calling them and I've got record i was waiting over the phone 2 hour and 20 minutes before someone answered my call and explained my situation and guy called (Colin ) told me last week Tuesday he's going to send email for alternative flights from Qatar Airways and will be get intouch with me within 72 hours its company policy and confidential via email.
Today is Wednesday and has been more the week no one bothered to response back..
I will urge everyone please don't get trapped on flightfinder website if travelup come up as a cheapest they're biggest SCAMMERs in the UK and I will ask relevant authorities to revoked their licences way they behave and deal with customers after taking money of them.

We were looking for good flight prices to Budapest in December to visit the Christmas markets. My wife is usually great at finding the best deals and kept a keen eye on prices, but they seemed to go up every week. I finally decided to use FlightsFinder in case they were able to get a better price than we could. It was money very well spent, since they got it almost 10% cheaper. Even my wife was impressed! Highly recommended, they obviously know the industry very well.

I booked a business class fare from Los Angeles to Cape Town, SA. through flightfinder.com. They put me through to Ebooktrip and I booked a fare. Ebooktrip sent me a confirmation email and then sent an email saying there was something wrong with "authenicating" my credit card and asked me to call them. Long story short, ebooktrip continued to misrepresent that my card was not authenticated (whatever that means) and they repeatedly said they tried to call me and left me voicemails which I know they did not because it would have shown up on my call log. Once I finally spoke with someone, they told me that the fare is no longer available and I will have to pay $1500 more than the original fare that I was quoted and booked. I told them that they should not publish fares that they are unable to get and if they do that, they should honor what they publish. They told me I was lucky to get this fare and that the current fare is $4000 more. I explained that I don't feel lucky that I am paying $1500 more than I was yesterday. Ebooktrip is a scam and now I have lost out on other better fares and I feel stuck with them. Now that I look at the reviews I see that this is a common scam with them. I don't understand why Flightsfinder uses them when they are dishonest.

FlightsFinder.com will give you a list of fares from various services, for free. It was nice to see what deals are out there, all in one place. For simple round trips, you can probably just pick the best and go for it. But I needed a trip for two people that stopped in three countries and ended up back in the US. FlightsFinder lets you plan such a trip (a series of one-way trips), and the deals look good. But because of my complications I clicked the button to “hire an expert.” I paid $43.19 up front, and was guaranteed that the agent (mine was Jennifer, and she was pleasant to work with) would save me at least $43 from $5960, the best price I found at FlightsFinder.com. IT WORKED! In the end, I paid only $4948, saving me a thousand dollars. It was a little frustrating that we could only communicate by email (I could “chat” on the FlightsFinder website, but they respond only by email, with a link to sign in and see the response). But the interaction allowed me to change a date, ask questions, make requests, and so forth. In the end, the agent sent a link to the deal I wanted at Priceline. Unfortunately, when I clicked at Priceline to accept that trip, the link dumped me at Priceline’s main page, where I had to register and then feed all of the information in about dates, etc., and by then the deal I wanted was no longer available; Jennifer suggested that I try moving the start date up one day—and that worked. The process was not “quick and easy” because there were many options/paths to consider to my destinations, but in the end I paid Priceline the $4948 and that was that. I SAVED $1000, largely because Jennifer at FlightsFinder had helped me. I’m glad I was willing to “hire the expert” and get help.

Don’t use this company. Charges you to use Skyscanner. That’s it. Nothing else. Utter waste of money
