awful with refunds
My brother had a very disappointing experience with Flightshall. On March 30, 2026, he received confirmation that his flight was booked (PNR FHL 3905117). Shortly after, the flight was canceled, and on April 9, 2026, he was notified that refunds had been issued.
The refunds were supposed to be:
$490.59
$327.08
However, as of today, he have not received any of these funds. To make matters worse, there is an additional charge of $490.59 that was never even included in the refund notification and has not been processed at all.
He has called multiple times and have not received any response. Not only was his flight canceled, but now he is dealing with the added burden of chasing down his own money.
This lack of communication and failure to issue refunds is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. We have been forced to escalate this matter and will be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the U.S. Department of Transportation, the Federal Trade Commission, and the State Attorney General, as well as disputing the charges with my bank.
We would strongly caution anyone considering using this company. Until they resolve refund issues and improve their customer service, WE cannot recommend them.
If it's not a SCAM it's an awful company
If it's not a SCAM, then it's simply a terrible company. Do not use.
We ordered tickets for 4 and within an hour we received an email that said that the tickets were no longer available. We called them directly and they gave us another offer for $300 more per ticket at an impossible time for our itinerary. We told them that this was unacceptable and that we want a refund.
Every communication with the company has resulted in them trying to sell us similarly expensive tickets an impossible times. Customer service reps are unresponsive, at times argumentative, and we still have not received a refund. Talking to a manager results in further attempts at upselling. The "best they can do" is cancel the tickets and charge us a $300 cancellation fee.

Paul is the absolute best! We planned our vacation a few months ago and we had a last minute family member that wanted to join us. I wasn’t expecting that we would be able to get on the same flight but I figured I would see if there were any other flights leaving the same day. Not only was Paul able to find us a flight that was leaving the same airport on the exact day but he was able to get us on the exact same flight (months after we had originally booked)!!! We couldn’t have asked for a better agent! Thank you Paul- we will be booking with him every time for future trips!!

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS SITE.
Not only did they do the classic "bait and switch" - meaning they offer the price and then say its not available after you book, but theyll steal your money after you ask for a refund.
They claim they will get your ticket, and you will have a "Delta" charge on your card or whomever you book with.
But then, when you got an look at information on the transaction on your card, it will route to a payment processor in a different city and location to a random place.
I am now waiting on my bank to dispute the $1100 charge on my card.
Scam artists.
Every good review is hilariously fake and paid for. All sounding the same and mentioning the full name of the representative, I mean who does that?

I am disappointed.
I found a reasonable ticket price and convenient flight schedule, I booked my flight and paid the price, after 20 minutes an agent called me and told me the price that I paid was not right and I had to pay double amount of the original, The reason was I booked my flight through the third party, So delta made me pay the extra money. Other wise if I need a chiper flight I have to catch the plane from different airport which very far from where I live and the departure time also changed and that was not convenient for me. That was really disappointing and it messed up a lot of things that I had planned ahead of time befor I booked my flight. I had no issue with the agent, his name is James. he was assisting me very professionally. He went far to help me to get a cheaper ticket, unfortunately I couldn't change the original flight for a lot of personal reasons.

Will never use them ever again. Bought tickets through them and tickets were with delta. Paid $1500 to be used November 26,2025 - November 30,2025 to fly to daughter’s for thanksgiving In Pittsburgh. Got to airport in Memphis and delta showed that someone called them that morning to change the flight dates to sometime in December. We didn’t call to change. Could not get any straight answer from flightshall. The only way we got to leave that day was if we paid for two more tickets through delta for another $780. We did so and missed our flight but luckily there was a flight that left 30 minutes later so we flew out then. My husband has been in touch with Isaac at flights hall. He says now it’s delta who we should be going through to get our money back. This has been ongoing for almost two months now. Delta isn’t cooperating either. Horrible experience for us. Will never use them or fly Delta again!
I have been waiting for over a month…
I have been waiting for over a month for my etickets. Everytime I call, I get promised a deadline for my tickets. This has made it impossible to book a hotel and rent a car as I don’t want to take the risk of doing so if I don’t have confirmed tickets. I also don’t want to purchase another set of tickets through another site for fear of getting duplicate tickets. This company has me in a limbo that I do not need or want.
Buyer beware.
**UPDATE**
Paul (owner) finally gave me the update that I HAVE NO TICKETS. After a month of waiting, I find out 5 days before my trip that I do not have any reservation or any tickets. DO NOT USE THIS THIRD PARTY SITE. They simply make reservations but do not give confirmation of actual flights.
