Efter de ombookede min flyrejse uden min tilladelse, ringede jeg til dem og krævede en refundering. Det sagde de god for, men at det ville tage 12-14 uger. Jeg skrev til dem (som er en ekstra betalt service jeg købte) efter 18 uger, hvor de sagde at der ikke var noget de kunne gøre, og jeg måtte blive ved med at vente. Snart et år senere skriver jeg til dem igen og de sender præcis den samme mail tilbage til mig. Jeg forventer ikke at få pengene igen

Vi er en familie på 7, der har købt billetter gennem virksomheden Flighttix fra København til Malaga. På vej derned skulle vi flyve med Tap Portugal, men pga. strejke i Portugal, blev billetterne aflyst 12 timer før, vi skulle rejse, uden besked om nye afgange.
Da vi havde booket hotel i Malaga, måtte vi skynde os at finde andre billetter hos et andet flyselskab. Vi betalte naturligvis rigtig mange penge for disse billetter, da det var i sidste øjeblik, og da vi havde bindende aftaler på billeje og boligleje kunne vi ikke vente.
Vi har så siden forsøgt at få kontakt til Flighttix og til Tap Portugal. Flighttix’ telefonnr. virker ikke. Det lykkedes os at komme igennem telefonisk til Air Portugal, som sagde, at det var Flighttix, som skal refundere os pengene ud fra gældende EU lovgivning. Vi har derfor både under rejsen og efter hjemkomst skrevet til Flighttix, som har svaret, at de ikke kan stilles til ansvar, da de ikke havde kontrol over det, der påvirkede aflysningen (strejke), så derfor kan de ikke give os vores penge tilbage for de 7 billetter fra København til Malaga med mellemlanding i Portugal.
Tap Portugal ombookede i øvrigt efter 4 dage vores flybilletter, hvilket vi tilfældigt fandt ud af, da vi var inde på booking nr. Vi fik ingen mail omkring det, og det “sjoveste” er, at billetterne fra Lissabon til Malaga lå før billetterne fra København til Lissabon. Det sagde vi naturligvis til Tapair, men de henviste bare til Flighttix, som i strid mod gældende EU lovgivning afviser at skulle kompensere os for de flybilletter, vi har betalt for, som blev aflyst pga. strejke. Derudover kan vi heller ikke blive kompenseret for den ekstra udgift vi havde pga. aflysningen, hvor vi selv måtte finde erstatningsflybilletter. Vi mener ikke det kan være rigtigt, de bare kan fortsætte deres virksomhed samtidig med de snyder folk. Det er en Facebook gruppe for alle dem, som ikke er blevet kompenseret for aflyste fly (ofte i sidste øjeblik). Vi betalte endda ekstra for afbestillingsforsikring og alt muligt!

Fik mail at mine flybilletter var aflyst to dage efter jeg har booket. Da havde jeg allerede booket resten af turen. Men der var stadigvæk plads på flyveren og jeg kunne heldigvis booke direkte hos flyselskabet. Men kunne også booke samme fly igen hos flighttix......????? Kunne slet ikke finde nogle kontaktoplysninger på dem. Det er første og sidste gang

Meget dårlig oplevelse - de svarer ikke på mail og man kan ikke kontakte dem på anden måde - kunne heller ikke chekke ind online med den kode man fik da man bestilte.

Because of covid my flight was cancelled and I expected to get a refund but instead they gave me a voucher valid for 1 year and for travel valid for 2 years. Covid is still in power and noone knows when it ends, so i dont have any plans to flight and ask flighttix to refund insted of voucher. I sent email to them and you know what... of course NO ANSWER. They gave you this crap voucher and forget you. I tried to use contact form on their web site and you know what .... of course YOU CANNOT SEND THE FORM! YOU WILL ALWAYS GET ERROR MESSAGE - NO WAY TO SEND A MESSAGE! Simply they just take /steal your money and give you a piece of crap and you dont know how to use if you dont go anywhere.

It's been a year and two months since I've bought a ticket and was canceled by the airline "Estelar Latinoamerica" (without written notification), and so far I’ve not received an answer about my refund.
Because Flighttix explicitly stated that they don't have any responsibility in this case, I contacted the airline and they are offering me a voucher because "my ticket is expiring soon".
The situation has exceeded too many limits and now I am exposing my case to the European Consumer Center.

They don't answer any email or phone call! After 6 month they refunded the cancelled flight and charged 160,00 Euro as fee for nothing! Questions about the missing 160,00 Euro are not beeing answerd!

I must give 1 star because I cannot give a negative rate. Don't buy nothing from them,there are no word for explain this company or yes lier,fake and thieves. I an still waiting my refund from Corona situation,United company send me a confirm that this agency received money back but they are still holding. No contact,no answer ,but they are still working frauding customers.STAY AWAY!!!!

Unfortunately, my flight to Tel Aviv was canceled due to the corona virus. I think Flighttix handled the situation really good; communication was good (considering the crazy situation), and I have had tickets refunded without issues.
When we are (hopefully soon) on the other side of the pandemic, I will happily book new flights through fligghtix :)

After booking with Flighttix, my flights plan was changed over and over again. The airline offered to change the flight plan to a better one after authorization by Flighttix. However, Flighttitx refused.
Never ever again I will book a flight via Flighttix and I advice everyone not to.

I got the option to select seat on my flight while booking, so I did.
But they added a fee way more than the entire ticket which I didn't not see. After purchasing I tried to get a refund on the seating reservation but was informed that they would not allow it.
This is shady and ridiculous!
Took my money, told me lies and never bought any ticket.
It started with something which appeared to be a good price for a flight from Hamburg to Dubai.
The money were withdrawn from my account but no ticket showed up, Only a confirmation that they had received my order.
After a few weeks; 14 days before departure they informed me that the flight was changed from a direct flight to a connection with a stop over in Moscow.
I managed to come through to their customer service after several hours of trying. They tould me that the original departure was cancelled. I found that strange since tickets were still for sale at the airline webpage.
I asked for evidence and after a longer argument they admitted it was a lie.
Having heard that it became clear to me that this had been their plan from the very beginning. They pretended to sell me a ticket but booked me at a cheaper connection with the aim to make a good profit.
Everybody knows that flights gets more expensive as the departure approaches, so which other possible reason could they have for waiting??
In the end I got my money back (the money for the ticket they never bought). Never the less I remain convinced that those guys are bad guys.
