Flip my life is an AWESOME meal replacement shake method! It tastes great, super easy to make and the benefits are endless! For over 30 years in uniform as a U.S. Marine, I have had my fair share of using this type of product - Flip my Life far surpasses anything on the market! Maintaining a healthy lifestyle has been a mainstay in my life, both in uniform and now as I navigate getting older. Since starting on this product, the benefits have been fantastic and nearly immediate.
I feel better, have more energy, can feel a significant difference in my gut health, and of course, helped me maintain a healthy weight as I continue to age.

Flip my life is literally a staple in my life! It is the way I start every morning and when I’m craving something sweet at night, I can do it frozen in the blender! It keeps my blood sugar level as a diabetic. This is super important! It tastes amazing! I mix it with almond milk and sometimes fruit or anything tasty that I want to add. I love, protein, pancakes! This product has rocked in my kitchen for the last year, and it will continue to do so. You will not be disappointed, and it will flip your life!

Flip My Life is an amazing product. I have used many protein shakes over the years but this is shake is the only one that hasn’t left me bloated. It leaves me full for hours. It has an amazing flavor, who wouldn’t enjoy a shake called Chocolate Courage. Whether shaken or blended it gives you complete nutrition! Must try!

I’ve worked out my whole life and had every kind of protein drink u can imagine. Flip my Life is the only protein that doesn’t cause bloating and doesn’t mess with my stomach like many other protein powders. Amazing muscle building results better than other proteins too. AND Vitamins, minerals, aminos all in one. You really can’t beat it!

I am the biggest fan of these shakes and this company! Ingredient wise, there is no comparison. This is made such a huge impact on my health that I could talk about it all day. I use flip seven daily to combat gastrointestinal issues and perimenopause symptoms. I feel better, I look better and everything about me feels stronger when I have my shake. Absolute best meal replacement I’ve ever tried. I absolutely crave this every day and that helps me stay consistent – – which I’ve never been able to do on any type of powder before. This company will robe a dopes you into subscriptions. Beware: don't fall for the discount offers. The discounts are based on getting on their subscription plan. Nothing wrong with subscription plans but they are deceitful in tricking you into them. Neal McDonough, Jesus would not approve.
