FlipSystem Reviews

Antoine is great to work with and an industry thought leader!

I work as a conduit between the Martel team and the end buyer as a sales consultant and Martel turnkey is very sophisticated with lead gen, qualifying & setting expectations with end buyers and moreover, very professional to deal with. I have been doing business with Antoine for years now and it remains a positive & seamless experience. Plus, I got some nice tee-shirts as a "partner" :)

MFR5 has excellent response time! They are a great company to work with, and are super efficient & professional. They genuinely care about the tenants!

Flip System provides top to bottom coaching and extensive resources on a tried and proven platform.
The whole operation is very impressive.

FlipSystem made the process of investing out of state way easier than on my own. Where I live nothing makes sense to buy and I had no clue what to do. They’ve made it actually possible for me to invest in RE somewhere else.

Working with Antoine and his team is amazing. They are very knowledgeable and mastered the whole process. Would recommend to anyone from a rookie to a seasoned investor you will learn a few things !

FlipSystem is like a Swiss Army knife if you want to get into real estate. I don’t know of any other programs that can give you the coaching, teams, AND and the software that you need to be successful in this space. The team has been there before so you know you’re getting help from people who know what they are talking about

Flipsystem has been a great experience especially for beginners like myself. Their platform offers expert guidance from property selection to renovation, resulting in impressive returns on investment. The support team has been responsive and knowledgeable in the process. Highly recommended!

Trustworthy, Brilliant, & Honest are a few words to describe these guys. You don’t find a company that cares as much as these people 🙏

I recently had the pleasure of working with Antoine, and I can't recommend him and his team highly enough! They provided me with invaluable guidance. Whether your goal is to flip houses at scale, build a buy-and-hold portfolio, or a mix of both, their expertise and support are unparalleled. If you're serious about achieving your real estate ambitions, this is the team you need on your side!

My experience has been that anyone and their mother can be an expert online and sell you whatever generic info product or lead strategy is hot at the time, which most of the time just results in more analysis and thinking and strategizing.

Flip system is the solution if you have the money and are ready to actually jump into the game, buy deals, and learn on the job. Exactly what I needed

Flipsystem was build to literally change your life, get you into real estate as quick as possible and as convenient as possible. Antoine not only goes above and beyond but he’s built software, systems and a team to get you to buy properties, invest in the best markets and have a replicable system for yourself.

I’ve also been to many of his events and they always hit the mark, house touring, education, podcasts, and over delivering for their clients

The Martels are legit

Flip Systems training and leadership are top notch. With over 20 years experience and over 10,000 deals done we know quality operators. Antoine and his team are always a pleasure to work with.

Incredible guidance and support. Worth every penny, sending eveyone their way!

Great company. Good stuff.

Antoine and his team have been incredible to work with. The help they have given me with my investment properties has been unparalleled.
Just a 10 out of 10 experience!

Flipsystem helped me flip 11 houses over the last 2 years. Antoine and the team’s knowledge has been priceless. I am new to the USA, so I had no idea where to begin investing. I also have no real estate background, I am an artist. So I really needed someone to just give me the blueprint so I could invest my savings and create passive income rather than just have my money depreciate in a bank.

If I didn’t use flipsystem this probably would have taken me a decade to figure out on my own (if ever). Super grateful.

Flipsystem has a proven method of success, Antoine and his team are extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I wouldn’t trust any other business with my money and time. Highly recommended!

We've done well over 20 flip projects with the Martel team in the Detroit market and they were great to work with.

I couldn’t speak more highly of FlipSystem, from Antoine himself to his entire team. They each work around the clock to support their clients, deliver on what they say they’re going to do, & to continuously improve our experience. Antoine is so genuine and FlipSystem is CLEARLY his passion.
